Camping Mirabella (Ex Car)

Honestly the best camping I have been on so far. Kids and dogs friendly. Bathroom specially for kids with clean bathtub and a changing table, low toilet and sinkp. Nice swimming pool with water warmer than in Balaton which is nice for smaller children. Dog friendly beach with a fence and bags for you know what :) A lot of showers ( with a small shelf where you can put your stuff and its not gonna get wet) and bathrooms facility so there was never a line to wait to use them, always clean. Few bars/restaurants with super nice employees. Really I am back from 5 days camping there and Im recommending Mirabella left and right :) Animations for kids, our son is 2yo so he is a bit to small but next year we are coming back and its gonna be great fun for him :) Shop on a camp site of course Has a higher prices than normal but nice warm breads etc, great for the morning snack. Employees were helpful and nice. We will be back next year definitely. Thanks for nice experience :)

Absolutely fantastic! The camping had everything you need, the beach is really well done and super close, all the facilities are well-kept, but what I appreciated the most was the staff - so welcoming and kind, extremely helpful and answering even the dumbest questions with a smile :) especially the lady with glasses and dark hair who checked us in & out, such a treasure! Will definitely come back :)

The location is great. Right next to the lake with a private beach. Common areas are clean and well-maintained. There are places to eat, buy groceries and coffee inside the campground. They even have organized activities for kids every day.

Very nice camping. Not so expensive, beautiful toilets, very close to the grassy beach, sauna, swimming pool on the side. Three restaurants and cozy shop on the campsite. Highly recommend for families (cause of animations 3 times a day) and young people (easy beer access).

After our arrival at the train-station, we took a short 30-minute walk to the camping. Once we arrived and registered at the reception, we could just pick ourselves a spot to put up our tent.

We: 2 adults, interrailing, only required a small pitch for a tent.

The people are nice and helpful, there is a small supermarket to buy water and basic groceries.

We had a lovely breakfast in one of the bars and of course a little drink in the evening.

If you would love to swim in the lake, it's just a 2-minute walk and there are more then enough places where you can sunbathe in the grass.
The water is pretty warm, the floor is covered in sand, and eventually you will feel some plants. It's not that deep for the first 50 meters from the lakeside.

Personally we didn't like the amount of cars blocking our lake-side view. But it's a wonderful camping, you should visit!

Great place to set up a tent and have a swim! The camping is sparkling clean and organised as it should! We had a late check-out free of charge and personnel was very pleasant with us :)

The check-in process is well thought and fast (do fill the form sent via email). The plot was quite spacious. The camping is very well organised. Staff was very friendly. Do eat in Rita & Tim place (next to the reception) - a cool couple with a nice dog and very helpful couple.
There are toilet paper and soap in the facilities provided (might sound strange as notice, but on Corsica, they do not offer it). Facilities were very clean

A bit more shade on the plots would be nice
Be aware of the mosquitoes

It is a really nice place right on the shore of Lake Balaton. The staff is really helpful and kind, and the houses are clean and well equipped. It has a pool that is quite big, but not too deep, so it is good for small children as well. I can only recommend it. There's only one thing to note that you can only move into the rooms after 3 pm.

This campsite is very clean and good located. All staff are helpful, happy and polite. Toilets and showers was always clean. In your price are included kithen and electricity. If you are in a tent, beach is not to far (maybe 3 minutes). Entry to the Balaton is very easy (for children as well). Balaton (on this place) is not very deep (good for some activities). This part of Balaton (campsite as well) is beautiful.

Spacious, clean camping with a private access to the lake. On-site showers and toilets were cleaned regularly. Shops and restaurants on the premises, with reasonable prices.

Nice place, quiet and silent also in the week of BalatonSound Festival.
The price is good for the service and the toilets is clean

Awesome place. We weren't lucky with the weather, but the camping was very beautiful.

I love this camping, we always go once a year with a big group. We booked the 130m2 place near the water. They have a private beach and very good showers and toilets

It's a very spacious camping, with view directly to the lake. Nicely organised, good prices and a perfect place to start the bike tour around the Balaton.

I am a beginner when it comes to camping but this place got everything you can ask for. It was our second visit this year and surely will return next year!

Great camping, only it was a pitty that we wanted to stay longer and they told us that it was not possible. We drove by and enough places where free. Otherwise nice and clean.

Friendly campsite on the shores of Lake Balaton. Welcomes tents and caravans. Quiet, clean facilities, reasonably priced and excellent bar & restaurant.
