The best csárda around that region and Mátészalka. I know this place since they open, long long time ago, and all time when we travel to Romania before the border cross, me and my family stop there for eating. Delicious Hungarian traditional food, huge plates and portions. Excellent home feeling atmosphere. The stuff is very nice polite and friendly! Quality price is very good. I do strongly recommend for stopping there :)

Parking for truck cost 10€ for this money you don't get nothing just parking but they have restaurant where you can eat good for good money the personal is ok

Excelent food! We always stop here for the babgulyas when we’re on our way to Romania. The staff is very kind and the prices are good, I definitely recommend it.

Traditional Hungarian cuisine. I highly recommend the truck driver's gulyás. It's excelent.

Great food!! We were impressed. Forget about the fact that no staff speaks english, the menu is translated in english so we ordered exactly what we wanted. Quality food at very convenient price! (You can also pay by card)

The restaurant is very nice both inside and outside, and the staff is very friendly and professional.
The food is delicious, and comes in great portions, I would recommend to visit; great place for groups as well.

Very tasty food, big portion for fair prices. Waiter very kind, speaking in good English and payment with the card possible. Stopped for a business lunch and it was very good choice.
