Friendly service. Breakfast was nice, but a bit cold (maybe the cold weather as well). Room was nice and clean. Very quiet. Pool side was really beautiful. Very aesthetic and instagrammable place. Can enjoy breakfast with the lake view, very nice. Live music at night was good as well.

Overnight at this hotel is really fun with family. A warm atmosphere can also be felt when entering the room. Architectural ornaments are also interesting. The pool is also clean and nice. Breakfast while enjoying the edge of Lake Toba is also really cool.

Great view, friendly staff, clean room. We're having fun stay there. Only problem with access road to the hotel, very small road. The others have no problem.
