If you are first time visiting Hong Kong, I highly recommend you to try the Star Ferry travel between Central to Tsim Sha Tsui. Both upper and lower deck are excellent (but I prefer to sit at the lower deck). The views are excellent when you travel on a sunny day. The night views are romantic.
