Pertunjukan Tari Sigale Gale

Lake Toba in North Sumatra. Largest volcanic lake bar none. Earth changing climatic event 77000 years ago. What is not to like? Great local people. Friendly atmosphere. Loved it. I shall return! Shout out to Jimmy my Captain!

This is a great visit to learn bataknese culture. Entrance fee only cost Rp.3.000,- and fee for guide cost Rp.100k. You can also learn and do the traditional dance as well. Such a fun experience

Recently renovated, it is prettier than before and but sadly the toilet is still not that clean. For only 80K rupiahs, our group can dance alongside the Sigale-gale statue with lively Batak Music. Recommended!

Must visit tourist destination in Samosir.

Fortunately there was a show when we visited this place, otherwise you need to pay IDR 100.000 in order to request the show, but it is a fair value for traditional dance like this.

The impression that I've got in here is how the culture lives forever instead of modern life. These dancing, trad-houses & so on ambience things live in harmony. Its Samosir's rule!

Puppet show of sigale gale. You can join the show and doing tor tor dance, there is a local as your leader so you can follow his moves. Located in tourist village, the show is always on during the day. The cost to enter the show is rp 5000. There are two sigale gale in the area, the lower usually is more crowded than the upper one. And in the upper one you can take picture in the boulevard. Overall it was a great show

The Bataknese Dancing Puppet is a must see attraction during your visit in Lake Toba.

Dancing with Si Gale Gale puppet in a traditional music and lead by the guide. You just need to pay IDR80k to dancing, and IDR100k to dancing wearing the traditional costume. It cost for once perform including costume for nine persons. When finish the guide will tell us about the story of Si Gale Gale.
After that we can go shop in traditional souvenirs market where you can find sooo many things about Toba lake.
