France and Son

I ordered a total of 8 chairs - 3 counter height chairs, 3 table chairs and 2 end chairs. They are BEAUTIFUL and better in person than pictures! We love them. I’m going to scotch guard the fabric for added protection because we still have kids in the house. Delivery tracking was spot on and perfectly accurate. White glove delivery is WORTH it. I did it last minute the day before delivery and it was discounted. They unpackaged everything on my porch and brought the chairs inside and placed them. They also removed all the packaging from our property and made sure also the chairs were good to go before leaving. Fabulous experience!

Awesome young men delivered our new bed frame. The bed is exquisite! I’ve shown it to so many people already and they’re IMPRESSED! The quality is top notch!!!

Jason in sales was amazing throughout as he held the order for us in the warehouse for quite a while so it could be delivered with white glove service when our addition was ready for it.

I can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Nora, who spent nearly three hours helping us furnish a new apartment. Her kindness, patience, and expertise made the entire process incredibly smooth, as did the next-day delivery she somehow managed to arrange (contrasting with the multi-week/month wait times we were quoted everywhere else we looked). She has also continued to be just as helpful in the week after we visited the store by providing regular updates on shipping times for our remaining items. Truly couldn’t be any happier with our experience at France and Son with Nora.

I order 6 items on their website for my new house on August 18 in Chicago they delivered me the last aug 30 with a professional delivery team .. so professional the team . If all of the furnitures companies in usa can be like this it will be great ..

These guys worked their tail off delivering our sofa. Not only did they deliver our sofa, they also took our old one away for donation! All of this before the actual delivery date! Communication was amazing, from the office dispatcher to the delivery guys contacting me 1/2 hour before they arrived. Not to mention the tracking link was awesome!! Very super pleased with the entire purchase and delivery.

It was very easy to track the Rockstar delivery vehicle and know when it was getting close to our home. The White Glove service was excellent. The two individuals who delivered the piece were very friendly, quick and respectful of our home. We would definitely use Rockstar services again, whenever we might have that option.

The customer service I experience is always amazing. I usually work with Elizabeth. She goes above and beyond my expectations every time. Elizabeth takes time to answer all my questions and she follows up with an email or phone call when I have concerns. She is absolutely terrific!

I had to wait four months for desk chair from Bernhardt. Finally delivered today. Rockstar shipping company were terrific. Nice men and it was great to be able to track the truck and have a good idea of when they'd arrive. Rare..... usually customers just wait and wait......

Excellent online purchasing experience. France & Son had this large Tolle cabinet at the best price with the quickest turnaround. Once shipped, communication was excellent with the best delivery tracking I've ever seen for a courier. The delivery personnel were very communicative over text and I knew what to expect. The White Glove experience was great and I'm extremely happy with the condition and quality of the item.

I bought a beautiful, modern lighting from here - table and floor lamps and a big chandelier. The store is lovely and they were really nice to work with. Shipping was fast too!

I ordered a 96 inch marble table. It had a slight chip. I spoke to Sam and he arranged a swap quickly and the issue was resolved. I didn’t have to follow up even one time. Thank you
