ZUS Coffee - Mid Valley

First time dropping by here. Thanks to the barista who patiently guided me to use their ZUS COFFEE apps and made the tasty Signature Gula Melaka Coffee and Green Tea Latte.

i had a wonderful experience at the local coffee shop. The atmosphere was cozy, with comfortable seating.

the baristas were friendly and knowledgeable, making the perfect cappuccino.

the aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air, and i will definitely be returning for more great coffee and a warm ambiance.

I love this outlet so much! The staff there are super friendly. After coming a couple of times, they started to remember me and my order. Even when I ordered online, I'd leave out any special requests but they will still custom it my way as they recognised the name. This kind of experience is everything to me, I would start my day happily (puts you into the right mood) due to this kind of service.

It doesn't mean the quality of drink I've ordered was bad, if I did not rate it five star. It just returned to my taste.
Staff are kind and polite.
If you are looking for somewhere to drink in peace, this branch wouldn't be a good choice. But it would be greater choice to share your bench with other customers and enjoying the people who going to Gardens Mall from Mid Valley Megamall and vice-versa.

The staffs are nice and they did their job well...Good at taking and explaining the menu to customers... went with my friend for healing 🤍...

Always great coffee at Zus. Excellent open location near the technology stores on 2nd floor - looking down onto Tokyo Secret and the bridge to The Gardens Mall. Grateful that they allow the use of REAL coffee mugs - unlike many other coffee shops who continue to use Covid as an excuse to only provide those awful disposal cups.

Its affordable coffee for all. The price of hot coffee - latte etc is below rm10. I tried the black sugar latte was really good. There are many to choose from, even babycino for kids.
Matcha, soda drinks, everything is available at reasonable price

My first experience with Zus. The mocca doesn’t really taste kaw la. Taste like too much water, for me. But the service is fast, the staff is friendly. They teach me on how to get buy one free one deal from their apps since this is my first purchase. So, I’m still giving them 5 star for this. I might wanna try their green tea, soon. Hehe.

update 24/2/2023, went there and bought ceo latte because i saw a new baristas working, no more old staff and congratulation to all the ladies that work there, the ceo latte taste was A+, they all are very kind and polite too, keep up the good work girls, will definitely come again, and thanks ZUS for changing your staffs to a better one.

Aku peminat ceo latte from zus coffee, selalu minum , tapi semalam first time minum dekat midvalley. Bai , engkau pandai or tak pandai buat coffee, pergh coffee aku rase cair , lebih air daripada coffee, fail la , buat keje kena la jujur, kualiti kena jage, ko ingat aku minum free ke, nasib baik aku nak cepat and minum dalam kereta, kalau aku rase coffee tu depan ko, aku baling kat muka ko, to the owner please just fire them , by reading from the other people reviews, all of them are having the same issues as me, the coffee tasteless and quality zero…

A friend of mine posted a video of her having the iced Spanish Latte and then I thought I should try it. The best decision ever! I ordered a Hot Spanish Latte and damn, it was banging ❤

Pretty good oat milk CEO Latte 😄. Just the right flavour for me - not too light and not too dark roast.

Yah…staff can do with some perking up in the morning.

I ordered their iced matcha latte which was really nice, they have coffee too which is really good quality for the price. Would reccomend when you want a nice coffee or tea break.

Ceo latte with boss beans is 10/10 and the prices is very suitable

Vanilla latte good, lydia beans the best one. Quite busy during lunch hour, but they did a good job handling it.
