Mercure Pontianak City Center

The receptionist is nice. I got a dragonfruit juice as a welcome drink because I had to wait for my room to get ready. The room and the bathroom was clean. It's quite soundproof too, we can't really hear the sounds from other rooms or outside (except if it's a loud sounds) so it has a quiet atmosphere. They have many kinds of food for breakfast and it's tasty too. It's also near the mall, it's walkable, so if people are looking for dinner, they could go there.

Location is very strategic, near Mega Mall which is on walking distance.
Staff are helpful and check in process was smooth. Breakfast are vary including traditional
Food.
Easy access to Supadio airport (20-30 minutes) and also to city park for morning walking or jogging.

I have been staying at this hotel for more than 10 years every time I go to Pontianak, there is always a room available for me, even though it is peak season, I am very grateful, I am happy because the breakfast is varied...keep it up and thank you...

Hotel in the best and premium location in Pontianak. They served various breakfast menu day by day so you won’t get bored if you stay for more than a night. Friendly staffs and clean room!

Great location, just around 20 min drive from the airport. And 15 min to city center.
All the rooms and facilities are well maintained in good conditions.
It was quite packed , during my stay.

I ordered the room service , and the taste was above par and the price was quite affordable i might say for a 4star hotel in the capital city of West Kalimantan

Nice hotel with solid amenities - the room was clean with a comfortable atmosphere; great shower pressure and temperature - the AC was a little confusing to set correctly.

The breakfast service is included, and is a mix of traditional and standard foods - some of the dishes were quite tasty, and others were bland or stale. But if you knew how to be selective, the good ones largely made up for the presence of lesser ones; personally, that's a telltale sign that the offering menu just needs to be simplified so they can focus on what works.

Service in general has been very good, staff are responsive and friendly - to foreigners too; I had an especially good morning service before leaving with Nisya on the breakfast staff.

Overall, I think in any other context it would be a 4/5 hotel - but without a doubt probably the best possible option within Pontianak City itself. Pleasant stay, and safe travels reader.

Nice hotel located in the busiest area in the city.

Good place to stay. The staffs are very helpful. The hotel is next to Ayani Mall, a shopping centre, so it is very easy to find our daily needs. Moreover, there are two parks not too far from the hotel, so we can walk and have some outdoor exercises there.They served everything from appetizer, main menu, and dessert

Nice hotel within Accor Group of Hotels. Good amenities including swimming pool and breakfast. Good if smokers could have separate place / room. Energetic with the FIFA ⚽ 2022 with Live streaming at lobby...

Had a pleasant stay at Mercure Pontianak. Good services, my mom used wheelchair and the officer was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was good with various menu choices. The location is near from Supadio Airport, around 30 mins but a bit far to reach center of thr city (Jln Gajah Mada, etc.)

it was a great stay. my first time coming to pontianak. the hotel was located in a good spot. close to anywhere. room is big spacious and clean

I understand that this is one of the best hotels in Pontianak. The hotel offered everything that i needed for a short weekend holiday. The location is good, the staff are friendly and very helpful. Good job👍
