It's breathtaking. The cool air makes it more comfortable. There are several tourist attractions in the area such as the Gua Jepang and several Janjang or stairways. You can also play alongside the river but it tends to be murky after it rains.

Tabiang Takuruang is one of the iconic tourist destinations, which is located in the Jorong Jambak area, Sianok village, IV Koto sub-district, Agam Regency, West Sumatra (West Sumatra). Why is it called Tabiang Takuruang, because this tabiang is surrounded by other cliffs that flank it. Tabiang Takuruang is right in the middle. The cliff, which is approximately 100 meters high, used to be bigger and higher in its present condition, because there was an earthquake in the past, part of the cliff collapsed. In the past, before the earthquake, the cliff was often climbed. Now it is no longer because of the steep cliff conditions. Tabiang Takuruang, which is in the middle of other cliffs, is unique to visitors who come, apart from being beautiful to look at, on the tabiang side there is also a flowing river which adds to the appeal of tabiang takuruang...

Looklike not too much different with the grand canyon of Collorado, however there is "the great wall of Ngarai Sianok" which is spectatacular.
