Newly started mall in the heart of Paravur town were you can hang out with friends and family. Place is not crowded much and peaceful.
There are two eatery outlets and main attraction is reliance trends.
Have a very good parking lot and people are welcoming .

A good mall where the relience trends the ready made outlet is situated good shop with ample car parking rates charged is also very moderate and the material are of good quality for different age groups and is arranged in way that we can choose them or select them very easily also giving lots of reward point and also rewards request visit once at north Paravur junction for shopping and campare the rates with local market U will know the difference

Zams Mall is definitely a good hangout place. It is a relatively new mall with not all floors fully occupied but I believe it will be soon. It has brand outlets for Chicking, Reliance Trends, VKC footwears etc. A good electronics and computer shop is something which is desirable!!

First mall in North Paravur.. Yet not fully opened.. Still there are many shops and people are coming regularly.... Good building design and good ambience all over.. Must visit if you are to Paravur.. Situated by side of the highway and just by the municipal town hall... Parking is available and is absolutely free...

It's just good small mall to visit for timepass kids games not much and not less and they provide good "trends"branded dress for all type of men, woman and kids fast n paravoor makl. They have vege hotel and a ice cream parlour they both are good and tasty. They also had a better parking spaces

A normal mall affordable for normal people game zone for kids and trends and mobile shops all are easy to get there at the affordable price very nice

The first mall-like mall in Paravur. They have put together the best possible shops inside it, like Reliace Trends, Chicking, walkaroo footwear, etc. Covid definitely affected the opening of the mall, but it's still the best for small purchase and timepass in Paravur. There is ample space in the basement for parking.
