My experience with Popular Hyundai was extremely satisfying, We booked Hyundai Santro Sportz AMT model and the whole process was as easy as booking online food. Our sales contact was Sumesh and he was really helpful with all the dealing. Wanted to thank a member of Popular Hyundai Mr. Ragesh who did an exceptional job in explaining all the features. His enthusiasm filled our heart. Needless to say the whole experience was excellent.

I serviced my flood affected Elite i20 here. They were quick to start the service. I benefitted from the fact I had Hyundai Assurance. It really helps when the time comes. Service advisor (Anjos) was very attendive and helped to fix my car without much delay. Car had some trouble after it was handed over to me and it broke down once more after a week or so which can happen to flood cars, I suppose. However, Popular technicians were quick to respond and rectified whatever the issue was without any other expenses from my hand although the insurance claim was said to be closed. Hoping my car won't run into any trouble in the long run. Overall, I am very happy with the service of Popular Hyundai. Read that Hyundai has secured first in jd power rankings over taking Toyota to be the no.1 in after sale satisfaction. I can definitely back that. Will definitely take car back to them for the next service.

Good service but shortage of drivers for home delivery

Happy with the service. Went there for fixing an issue with my Elite i20's clutch. Issue got fixed within a day. The service person who assisted me was Mr. Bijoy. Fully satisfied with the service. Keep up the good work.

Service has been exceptionally fast than I expected. Cleanliness of the vehicle was good. I received the car back a day before the actual delivery date. Staff's behavior has been the best. The service guy waited for me for half an hour after their regular working hours as I got stuck in the traffic. Recommended!

My battery went down and I came here without knowing that this is a body repair shop. But to my surprise the staffs were sooooooo nice to listen to my problem and ready to check my battery health. Despite of their busy schedule they completed the procedure fast. Thanks to the crew, especially a gentleman called Arun and the service manager (sorry I didn't ask his name)...

Excellent service by popular Hyundai and advisor Vipin. My engine drainage got minor leak which they fixed in few time and overall friendly staff. Though it was 20-30 minutes job for their team surprisingly I got a zero bill.
