My friends and I embarked on a flavor adventure at Rasoi Restaurant & Lodge on January 26th, and let me tell you, it was a taste bud odyssey!

The Feast: Now, onto the stars of the show - the dishes! We indulged in a spread that would make any foodie drool:

Gobhi Paratha: Flaky, golden, and bursting with savory goodness - perfection in every bite.
Manchurian Soup: Spicy, tangy, and packed with umami, the perfect comfort food on a chilly evening.
Rasoi Special Veg: This signature dish lived up to its name! Layers of flavor, fresh vegetables cooked to perfection - a true winner.
Biryani: Aromatic, fluffy rice studded with melt-in-your-mouth meat (or veggies for my vegetarian friends!) - pure deliciousness.
Tawa Roti: Soft, perfectly cooked, and the ideal companion to every dish.
Papad & Salad: The finishing touches - adding that little bit of crunch and freshness to a well-rounded meal.

The staffs are quite hospitable and the food was also good. It's a pure vegetarian restaurant so we had ordered Fried rice, Mushroom Dopyaza and Manchurian gravy.
