Well, locals aren’t entirely wrong. Scientific investigations on this place revealed that this phenomenon might be formed by a cosmic in the first place. Moreover, the mysterious shapes inside this valley are made by water and wind erosions. This attraction is unique because you can only find these kinds of geographical sites in Iran and Arizona, USA. Although we now know no stars involve in shaping Stars Valley, in the night sky, you can see hundreds of stars with naked eyes and that alone, justifies the name “Valley of Stars”.

Marvelous place. Seems like a star trek scene. Like a small Grand Canyon. This area ia an important geopark at west of Asia. At some place you think huge stone faces are looking to you. Very nice area for photography.

Do not forget to bring your tripod with your camera at night. You may find lots of iconic view with shining stars when there is no fog.

Be aware that you have to park your car outside of the parking as it close at 18:00.

Must visit while in Qeshm. Itvis near Qeshm city, so you may even go by inexpensive taxi to this place and come back to the city. You need about 60-90 minutes for a walk and photos there. Taxi would wait for you.
The valley might be closed after rain, because it becomes very dirty. Those call them in advance if there was a rain recently.

One of the places that Im glad I visit before I die :D one of those place that "Must see!" first it seems very familiar if it happen for you think of this character "Luke Skywalker" but dont worry this part doesnt have Tusken Raider or Jawas :D
I walked for an hour and if it wasnt for limited time of our tour I wouldnt left because you walk and walk and wlak and it get more and more and more onteresting and it doesnt seem like same place as every corner you pass it look like a new place! Soooooo cool and beautiful.
Take it from me : Whole Qeshm Island is a place you should see and remember Iran is very cheap to visit now ♥

Interesting place : the locals believe it was created by a meteorite. (Thats why they call Star Valley). You can scream and hear the echo of your voice.

Stunning nature filled with weird shaped cliffs make up a mix you shouldn't miss while visiting Qeshm.

You are walking in the Moon ... or somewhere else in this world . Easy access , free parking and apparently it is closed on Saturdays. Different prices for foreigners. On busy days there are a few stalls where you can buy water.

Unbelievable atmosphere. You better be there either early in the morning or during working days. You will be amazed if there is silence.

At first glance, you might think you have stepped on planet Mars! You will see red pointy cones, pillars that made from erosion, arcs, bulkheads, and stripped shaped parapets that have more than millions of years ago. Due to the layouts’ weak structure, there are appreciable changes in the valley’s appearance after any heavy rain (which rarely happens).
DO NOT GO THERE AT NIGHT! Any local person will say this to you. Why? Because it’s haunted! Like any great scary story. Locals believe that this valley is the home of ghosts and genes and if you step into this place at night; there is no way to turn back. Those who survive say they heard terrifying and mysterious sounds! Pretty scary, right? Well, don’t freak out yet. There is an explanation for all of this. The wind circulation between labyrinth structures of this valley made these horrifying sounds at night. So it is safe to say that no one or nothing is going to haunt you while you are there. Still, it is better to avoid staying in this place at night, as you should have camping equipment. Also, note that you cannot stay inside Qeshm geopark without a permit from Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts, and Tourism Organization of Iran.

Words can not explain how fabulous this place is. You should experience the atmosphere yourself. It is spiritual, spectacular, and wonderful. I recommend you to visit there during the weekdays that is quiet. sunset is best time to visit, I suppose.
