Asgard Beyond

If you're looking to do a technical ice or mixed climb, go no further than Asgard Beyond. Robbi is one of the best guides I have ever been out with. Not only will you have a great and safe day out, but you'll learn a ton of skills and about Iceland.

We had an amazing day with Robbi, an experienced mountain guide. Robbi is a very good climber, sharing all his climbing experience, doing his job ensuring our safety while we were keeping all the fun for US !

Beyond the climb, Robbi shared invaluable local insights, guiding us to hidden gems and must-visit places and he also took many photos of us while climbing, which is pretty nice.

I definitely recommend Robbi for anyone looking to ice climb. Our day with him was the highlight of our Icelandic adventure. I would have climbed 3-4 more days if my body had allowed it!

With Asgard tour guide Robert and group of strong and active girls we mountain skied the Silvretta Traverse, I give the Asgard my highest recommandation, great trip!

If you want to ice climb don't bother looking around. My friend and I went with asgard beyond and had a amazing time.
You get enough climbing time and a very friendly knowledgeable guide who walked us back over the glacier after it snowed without breaking a sweat.

Great experience for everyone involved, took a group of 49 all together and split into smaller groups, lots of walking and info and some abseiling for good measure. Highly recommend.

My husband and I really enjoyed our hike on Sólheimajökull with this tour company. We were lucky because unlike other groups we saw these guys didn’t over book with a ton of people. We had a nice size group and our guide (Ragnar) took his time and educated us about the glacier and the surrounding volcanos. We never felt rushed and Ragnar helped with lots of pictures too.
I would highly recommend these guys.

Went ice climbing recently and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Our guide Kiddi was brilliant and very professional and helpful. He educated us on the glacier and trained us properly in the correct climbing technique then allowed us to attempt tougher walls when we felt more comfortable. If you want to go ice climbing I highly recommend this company!

Ferð mín með Asgard Beyond um Silvrettu leiðina var bara akkúrat það sem vantaði í líf mitt! Þetta var mín fyrsta ferð með leiðsögumanni, en ég hef áður farið á svipaðar slóðir sjálf. Það er alger game changer að leyfa fagmanni að taka ákvarðanir um leiðarval útfrá aðstæðum. Maður fær miklu meira úr ferðinni og þorir lengra út úr þægindarammanum. Ætla pottþétt í aðra ferð sem fyrst!

Fór í ferð með Asgard um Silvretta Traverse og gæti vart verið ánægðari með ferðina, líklega eitt besta frí sem ég hef farið í. Róbert, okkar frábæri leiðsögumaður, var í senn afskaplega fagmannlegur og skemmtilegur. Hann hélt vel um hópinn og tryggði sér gott traust frá fyrstu stundu. Mæli hiklaust með þessari ferð og fyrirtækinu í fjallabrasið.
