Hotel Neue Post

Great hotel for families for ski and not only. It has everything you need: outdoor pool (rooftop) brand new and with a nice view, indoor spa, kids gaming room, fitness area, massages and other activities (hikes, yoga, wine tasting, beer tasting etc). The rooms are nice and modern (except a few old style in the main building) and very clean. The food is amazing (breakfast, late lunch and dinner come as a package - dinner is where you have a buffet and main course as a choice between 3-4 dishes all amazing). It is a family run place, so you see the family working and helping around, great people! The atmosphere in the hotel is peaceful, guests are nice, owners smile all the time, it is a pleasure to be there. Highly recommended! You do not need a car, as ski buss is cross the street and the hotel is on a great street full of shops and restaurants. The entire area is well maintained around the hotel and the city is small and nice. Great place to be for ski and summer activities also.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff (they genuinely look happy to be there 😁) and a very good eye for detail. We took the free wine tasting from Willi and we loved it so much! Thanks for that. The room was great (only the shower temperature is not stable and goes from hot to cold) and very quiet. Beds were very comfortable and the room was very well arranged.
Loved the rooftop pool and the huge indoor swimming pool. Food was good and the buffet was very extensive. We had an amazing time, thanks family Pfister!

Would give 10 stars if possible! Absolutely amazing hotel, every single detail has been well thought out, the food was fantastic every night. The facilities are spotless and premium. Staff are caring and friendly. All our needs catered for, can’t wait to come back!

Super restaurant and a very good spa. The staff gives you a warm welcome when you arrive and they help you with everything. The ski locker room is very modern and you have enough room to setup your gear. The rooms are super clean and ok. A bit outdated but good enough. We really come back to this super fine accomodation.

Full board is a great deal. Loads of distractions in the hotel. Beautiful hiking country. Probably a good winter sport location, too.

One thing that really impressed me was the attention to detail. The staff treat every guest with an amazing service, we had luxury gowns in the room which is a really nice touch. It's these little things that make your stay at Neue Post Hotel truly special.

The rooms themselves are spacious, very clean and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding, fluffy towels, and high-end toiletries. You'll have everything you need to relax and unwind after a day of exploring and skiing.

The spa and roof top pool is such a lovely place to unwind, I'd highly recommend checking it out.

Overall, I highly recommend Neue Post Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay in Maynhoffen. The staff are exceptional, the amenities are top-notch, and the attention to detail is truly impressive. You won't be disappointed!

Superb hotel with great facilities - especially the fully equipped gym, spa and sauna. The bar/restaurant downstairs serves excellent food too - a big thank you to Eric who made our stay even better by recommending the best Austrian cuisines for us to try!

Just wow. I passed by at 12.30am. stopped by with a hunger. The junior chef himself made me a sandwich and invited me to come with him into the gesrgous kitchen in order to see everything. After inquireing him about staffing he said that I would be welcome for the sandwich without a charge. I decided to go to the bar in my ski clothes, order a negroni (which was very fine) and was treated impeccably. Thank you very much for imo perfect hospitality. (Barbara served)

Willie and his staff go out of their way to make sure you have an unforgettable stay in their hotel. There is nothing negative that I can say about my time here - except that I wish it was longer!

Nice hotel and spa in Mayrhofen. Friendly, helpful staff, lots of nice little touches.

I was staying in the 2nd building (across the road from main hotel), access to main hotel (and spa/dining/bar) via a subterranean walkway. Room was clean and modern with a nice mountain view.

Breakfast and dinner were good with a range of options available. Bar served a range of drinks, with music every night (not lively but always busy with people relaxing).

Spa was great, with a pool, multiple saunas, steam room and multiple relaxation areas. Can get busy at peak times (5-7pm) but most of the facilities were large enough to cope.

Ski bus stops outside or lift is a 5-8 min walk (up a small hill). Parking available 1 min walk from hotel.

We had a really wonderful stay. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The spa was amazing and I had a wonderful massage. The staff was really accommodate. The hotel is super close to the lifts and the mountains and has all the accommodations for your gear!

Great family hotel w very attentive host. Love the new spa, roof top pool, gym, renovated rooms and the location. The HB food is of very good quality, especially love the orange juicer and multivitamin juicer at breakfast which really made a huge difference to a happy morning start. We like the main building, it is like a big maze with a lot of surprises. We enjoyed their billard pool table and even some games in the gaming room. I would recommend a newly renovated room, not a big fan of their classic old style room. Mayrhofen is a very nice small town w excellent infrastructure and skiing ( ski rental w depot box at Bründl at Penkenbahn is excellent).

Food and breakfast was lovely and cooked extra bits on request at breakfast for us and the kids.
I left my earnings at the hotel and 2weeks later they are back here in the uk, staff posted them for free for me.

Excellent place to stay at Mayrhofen. Great wellness facilities, saunas, indoor and outdoor pools, silent rooms, infrared sauna. Delicious food and clean large rooms. Ski-room. Friendly staff. Have a pleasant stay here!

Our ski club stayed at the Hotel Neue Post in January this year. Everything about this hotel is wonderful - the rooms (we stayed in the Annex), the facilities, and the people. We couldn't have asked for better service from everyone, especially the front desk, the bar and the restaurant. This is a beautiful hotel with so much charm and character. We loved the hotel and the town of Mayrhofen.

Most experience this hotel. Food, a la carte. Spa, two pools. The rooftop pool on an evening is wunderbar.
