Grand Hotel Alassio

The Grand Hotel Alassio is a dream! We had fabulous sunny and warm weather, yoga and meditation on the beach at sunrise was unforgettable. Thinking about our time there brings tears to my eyes and warmth to my heart and soul. Thank you! We will return and recommend people to stay here.

Great hotel right on the beach. Fantastic breakfast - everything you could want. Enjoyed an evening meal on the terrasse. It was simply delicious. Service was great too.

Cannot beat the service, cleanliness, amenities and most important the location of this hotel. Would definitely return. Thx to all the staff for our amazing experience the last week. Hope to return soon!

A gem on the Liguria coast

There are many „Grand Hotels“ on the Italian riviera - many not nearly fulfilling the promise.

The Grand Hotel Alassio is different in any way possible and really fulfills the promise of their name and exceeds compared to other Italian Hotel specially in the following areas:
- The Staff is outstandingly nice, professional and welcoming. (Shoutout to the Front Desk Team)
- The facilities (from SPA to Bikes) well equipped and more importantly well maintained
- The Location is just perfect
- A really good and broad breakfast (also hard to find in Italy)

On top of all of that there is of course the private Beach Club, included in the room rate.

We, all in all, really enjoyed the stay and are happy to found a „safe bet“ spot in Liguria for upcoming roadtrips and holidays. I think it‘s the by far the best choice for a hotel on the beach in the region.

Next to all amenities and facilities we were impressed by the dedication and professionalism of the staff. Our room had some issues on arrival. This can happen as we are all humans - but shouldn’t. The way the Front Desk took care on the issues seriously and managed a solution (while we were already enjoying the beach club) was a example in high class hotellerie.

Great hotel and location! We have been here with family. Reception is super friendly, staff very professional and try to give the best to feel you almost at home. Location is on the beach. You just need to enjoy this beautiful place! Highly recommended… and I have seen many great Hotels! Thanks to all at the GH hotel!

Great location, the idea of assigned to certain room beds on the beach is very very convenient thing. Food, property and service is from 4 to 4,5 on 5 scale grade.
