Great value, in the heart of town and stunning views. Rooms need a refresh and toilets were not as clean as I would have hoped.

It was great. Clean and cosy. The location and the view was amazing!
The only ‘downside’ (not really) is that the lady at the reception wanted to keep my passport for longer than necessary. However, I told her that I don’t want to leave my passport with her and she was fine with that. Therefore, no issues.

a friendly welcome at reception and the staff speak excellent English. The room I was allocated was spacious, clean and functional, and the view of the lake was fabulous. Couldn't fault the clean bathroom other than the small shower and lack of water pressure. Breakfast was a selection of continental cuisine which set me up nicely for the day. Can't wait to visit again.

We have stayed here every year for 19 years because we love it! The owners and staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast is excellent and the rooms are spacious, clean and modern. It is in a central location right next to the lake. R We definitely recommend it.

Very nice hotel, nice location close to every where, wonderful view, comforting stay and rooms, kind hospitality and all staff.
It is recommended during the stay in that northen part of Italy.

I have Lunches and Dinners quite often in fact I travel to get my meals here as often as I could, excellent food, service, the chefs excellent, the owner very attentive to details and to help you have a experience, and Don’t forget your “aperitivo Spritz”.

Location Mozzafiato nel pieno centro di Arona, comodisdimo per gli imbarchi e per le passeggiate a piedi.
Vista semplicemente spettacolare con uno scorcio davvero privilegiato.
Elevata qualità del sonno.
Molto valida la colazione.
Esperienza fantastica che speriamo di rifare presto!

Mi sono fermata per qualche giorno nella stanza supreme. Stanza molto moderna, con balcone sul lago.
Prima di tutto accettano cani, senza problemi.Televisione che prende tutti i canali. Bagno grande, moderno, con vasca
Peccato solo che il minibar non era tanto fornito.
La colazione abbondante! Con salumi, formaggi, torte ecc
