Saulle Re - Ristorante, Pizzeria e bar

I can't stress enough that you need to come here for pizza. This might be the best pizza within all of Northern Italy. I find myself driving through the aosta valley a lot these days and I make sure that I schedule my trips to visit iSaulle.

They have a great parking lot right out front that always has spaces available and it's right off of the highway. Easy access from aosta or the Great St Bernardo pass.

The food is incredible, the ingredients are amazingly fresh as though they were picked that morning from the garden. The flavors blend together so well it's as though they were created with a higher power. The entire menu is absolutely amazing although I often find myself migrating to their pizza as it is like nothing I have ever experienced.

If you go out to one restaurant when you're in Northern Italy make it iSaulle. You will not regret it and you will find yourself wanting more.

I also want to compliment and mention how friendly every employee and staff member is that works here. It's almost as though it's one big family and from the moment you walk into the door they welcome you and I almost want to reach out and give them a hug. It's that cool of a place.

And finally, the prices are incredibly reasonable for what you get. Now go enjoy some pizza and delicious food.

Very good restaurant. The food was delicious (grilled sea fish, spaghettoni with clams and pasta). The service was fast and very friendly. I went there with my wife and daughter and we all loved it. We hope to return there one of these days and taste those pizzas because they also look amazing.

You have to eat here! The food is amazing! We had the Risotto con Porcini and the Campionessa Pizza which were both fantastic! Great service and excellent hospitality! Mille grazie!

Amazing atmosphere and food is just sublime. The hosts really make you feel welcome and share their passion for food and hospitality. Highly recommend the iconic Pasta e Patate and one of the famous desserts from Sal De Riso!

We just stopped by with a group of 10 people on a busy Friday night, but the waiters were very helpful to arrange us a table. Food was delicious and in generous portions. Staff is quick, friendly and helpful. I do recommend the place!

Make sure you don't miss this restraint, it's located offside the city centre, at a large street. However, you will be rewarded. We have been to Napoli and without a doubt, this pizza tastes really like a neapoletan pizza. This is no exaggeration, we had so many pizzas in Italy in different regions. It's extremely fresh and soft, they use high quality ingredients. Fritte fritte was a dessert we didn't try before, it was also superb - a bit like churros, but more like donuts.

The service is super fast - we were quite early, but we had the pizza after fifteen minutes!!!
If you're visiting Italy, maybe heading towards Torino or Liguria, you should make a stop here, it's really worth it. The owner is very proud and came to our table several times, he is really nice.

We had a lovely experience here. Food was so yummy. It shows they are passionate about their products. We had focaccia, fritto valdostano, bruschetta, pizza and fresh pasta with frutti di mare. Everything was delicious. If you are around Aosta it's definately worth a stop. Wednesday 27th March. Cari saluti da Malta.

We had a lunch here, the pizza it’s really good and similar to the Neapolitan style.
Some of the fresh product as mozzarella and desserts comes from south of Italy.
The taste of mozzarella di bufala is amazing and coming from Campania, many others ingredients as well. Andrea the proprietary is very kind and professional. All the rest are showed in the pictures. Domenico.

Best pizza in town. Was in town for 4 days, and ate pizza every dinner, this was the best by a long shot.
Staff spoke enough english to get wine water and pizza.
Great prices. wine, 2 waters, 2 pizzas for around $40 witch I’m happy with !

We found this trendy restaurant by chance, on our way to holiday. We were positively surprised by the food quality, attention to detail, courtesy of the service and very clean environment. The menu can be consulted online. Special good can be found from original south Italian recipes and they have also a famous cook! Excellent discovery which will become for our family a destination on itself

I came for lunch with six friends, all American and none speak Italian. The staff was great and the pizzas were excellent. There are even gluten-free options.

Great food! we stopped on our way to Milan for some pizza and it did not disappoint. very quick service, extremely nice and attentive staff that speaks multiple languages, and good menu. Definitely recommend!
