A group if friends invited us to have Sunday lunch. The restaraunt was beautiful and the food was delicious. As an American living in Italy I am always overwhelmed by the thought of Sunday lunch. There is always so much good food I end up feeling stuffed. The courses at Case Varisco were brought out very timely so we all had time to taste and enjoy the delicious food in each course. I did not feel stuffed or rushed. The set up was wonderful for families. The adults could enjoy conversation between courses and the kids could eat and then play outside in between courses.

What a great afternoon spent here. The owner was so welcoming, and the views are breathtaking. The appetizers and meal that was provided to our tour was out of this world. A real experience. I would recommend it to everyone

Oh my — I can’t say enough about this fabulous place. I was part of a tour and out amazing tour guide arranged this outing. The owner had typical appetizers ready when we arrived, we then had a tour of the farm, then a few of us volunteered to make aranci (So much fun)!, then we ate our meal!! It was all fabulous, We want to go back to stay at their short term
rentals. 10 Stars!!!! Fabulous, Fabulous!!

The BEST!! This place is sooo worth your attention. The owner is your guide and she is a DELIGHT! This was my 2nd visit. Equally as good as the first.

We held a post-wedding dinner at their place and not only was Cinzia courteous to a fault, her love for quality food and dish composition was enchanting. You rarely eat very badly on Sicily, but I don't think I have eaten better yet. The ambience is just lovely, too. We will come back and bring as many people with us as possible.

We came here as part of the tour that we are on with Collette.

Starters included cheeses, salads, and some really excellent olive oil and bread.

We had a tour of the farm and the men in our group were tasked with making arancini.

Dinner was amazing! I can't remember all of the dishes we had but everything was great.

I would highly recommend you come here to eat, or stay a few days.

Cinzia is an amazing person and sincerely giving compassionate. Wonderful to meet someone like that in this day and age.

Having a week holiday here is amazing. The view is astonishing, it's clean, beautiful and peaceful. Wifi is good (except at the pool), the food is excelent. But the best is the staff, they make every effort to make you feel at home, welcome and relaxed. If you need anything, they will make it happen. Tips about surroundings, beautiful places and sight seeing. They are so friendly it makes you feel great!

Every time I come to Palermo I make it a point to stop at Case Varisco. The owners Cinzia and Bartolo are excellent and welcoming people. The food is great, the location is beautiful and it is a change of pace in the hustle and bustle of Italy. Their cooking classes are fun and learning how to make Sicilian dishes from actual Sicilians cannot be beat.

Last 10 days the BRENTWOOD Y, brought us to Sicily & Italy on a group tour! Abbiamo pranzato il 25 aprile con amici, siamo stati accolti dal cameriere che ci ha fatti accomodare al nostro tavolo, senza attese ci arrivano le bevande e subito dopo iniziano ad arrivare le prime portate di antipasti, molto sfiziosi e gustosi. Abbiamo proseguito con il menù, tutto molto buono, i camerieri molto gentili e pronti a soddisfare le nostre richieste, il servizio è stato impeccabile. Qualità del cibo ottima e cortesia altrettanto. Consigliato

Siamo arrivati un po' stanchi e affamati, il navigatore ci ha fatto fare una strada un po' scomoda e tortuosa , poi abbiamo scoperto che potevamo percorrere una strada più semplice. Il luogo è stato una bella scoperta . Il cibo ottimo e abbondante. Buonissima la ricotta e la pasta con il ragù di cinghiale. Il prezzo giusto .

Esperienza bellissima, cena superlativa prodotti buoni, freschi e a km 0, bellissima l'accoglienza e la professionalità del personale. Mi sono sentita ora, come ogni volta che ci vado, a casa mia. In famiglia.

Siamo stati a pranzo per il compleanno di mia madre, gentilissimi , professionali e si mangia super bene..lo consiglio anche per chi ha bambini perche^ ci sono gli animali da vedere e area attrezzata x giocare.

Siamo stati invitati per una cena tra colleghi di mio marito, ambiente unico molto bello.
Il cibo veramente buono.

Cucina semplice casereccia, ma veramente molto buona. Collocazione in alta collina, bel posto silenzioso

Agriturismo molto carino, mi sono recato presso la loro sala ricevimento in prossimità del weekend. Ci hanno accolti calorosamente. Subito ci hanno proposto del beveraggio, ci siamo accomodati, ed in pochi minuti ci sono state presentate vari antipasti(polpettine al sugo, caciocavallo, zucca in agrodolce, melanzane e funghi con mollica, caponata, pecora bollita, tagliere di salumi).Tutto rigorosamente buono e saporito. A seguire i primi ed il secondo di ottima qualità e nella giusta quantità (che per noi risultava eccessiva poiché non abituati a questo quantitativo di cibo). Il primo era costituito da due differenti tipologie di pasta. Il secondo prevedeva una serie di differenti tipologie di carne arrostita nel forno a legna, con contorno di patate arrostite. Per concludere, un piatto di frutta mista e dei cannoli.
Nel complesso, ho reputato "giusto" il prezzo. Ed in linea di massima, il cibo offertoci era più che generoso in quantità (e qualità). Ciliegina sulla torta, la località offre un panorama niente male.
Ci tornerei? Sicuramente si.

Uno dei migliori agriturismi di sempre! In inverno e in estate, ogni anno è una tappa fissa più e più volte! Cordialità massima, cibo squisito, prezzi ottimi e in più la piscina è davvero tanto rilassante!! Straconsiglio Case Varisco 🔝
