Agrihouse - Farmhouse in Bracciano

This is an authentic farm with cows, chickens, donkeys, organic olive and hazelnut orchards, cats and dogs. No Jacuzzis or Nespressos, just a well-equipped kitchen, friendly people and animals, and at night, the sound of owls. Close to nature, peaceful and comfortable. The family couldn't have been more welcoming. Convenient to the lake, hot springs, nature reserves, horseback riding and the beach. Everything is nearby; yet the farm is so pleasant you could also just linger for the day, read, cook, take walks and enjoy the company of resident working dogs Pepi, Roy and York. We felt at home at this charming place and left reluctantly. We'll be back.

My stay at Agrihouse was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and genuine kindness from the staff. The farmhouse itself is a beautifully restored traditional Italian building, with spacious and comfortable rooms that are tastefully decorated with a rustic charm.

The surrounding countryside is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the rolling hills and serene lakes. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, allowing me to fully unwind and relax in the peaceful atmosphere.

The breakfast each morning was a highlight of my stay - homemade pastries, fresh bread, and delicious coffee made for the perfect start to my day. The food was sourced from the farm itself, which added an extra level of authenticity and sustainability to my stay.

I was also impressed with the range of activities near the farm, from horse riding and cycling to wine tasting and SUP lessons. Marina and Jessica were more than happy to provide recommendations and assist with booking activities, ensuring that my experience was tailored to my interests.

Overall, I cannot recommend Agrihouse Farmhouse enough. The combination of genuine hospitality, stunning scenery, and authentic Italian experiences make this the perfect place to stay in Bracciano. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Cozy B&B in a beautiful setting full of friendly cats and dogs. nestle in rolling hills, this atmosphere is not touristy but rather an authentic family farm with cows, goats, chickens, donkeys, vegetables and an olive orchard. Marina is friendly and eager to share recommendation for hikes, activities, and restaurants in the area. This farm is also registered with WWOOF.

We had the most beautiful 3 days at Agrihouse. We were after a country escape from Rome and somewhere with animals for the kids. Marina was so kind and allowed the kids to help with feeding the animals each morning and afternoon. Her animals are beautiful and our kids spent hours patting and playing with them all. The pool was lovely and a good way to cool off at the end of the day. Stunning walks and a lovely view. Breakfast was perfect and the coffee very good! A perfectly peaceful 3 days which we wish could have been more.

Was a great experience to stay at Agrihouse with my family. Our little child (4 years old) had lots of fun. The rooms are clean and spacious,the hospitality was amazing . We totally recommend.

Agrihouse is an exceptional bed and breakfast facility located close to the beautiful town of Bracciano. Top service, top stafff!!!! I would highly recommend this charming farmhouse for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in the beautiful Bracciano countryside.

I really liked the house, my room, the experience with the animals, the atmosphere and the amazing nature around. The family gave me a warm and genuine welcoming feeling!
There is so much to see: the sea is really close as well as the beautiful town and lake of Bracciano.
I really recommend a stay at “Agrihouse” - it is a “must visit” on your next Italy trip!!!

I had an absolutly wonderful time at the agrihouse! It is a beautiful house surrounded by hills, not far from the sea and close to the town of Bracciano with its famous castle. Even Rome can be reached within less than an hour. There is a lot to see here with two beautiful lakes nearby, waterfalls, numerous historical sites and museums.
There are all kinds of animals on the farm, most notably a number of very cute cats and above all two gentle and wonderful dogs. My room was clean, quiet and cozy, I haven't slept so good in weeks!
But the best thing by far was the wonderful family, everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I want to especially thank Marina for her hospitality and spoiling me even as I was sick with the flu. And of course nonna Giuliana for her wonderful cooking! And also Alfredo who is very kind even with fewer words :)
Thank you all for making my stay so pleasant and memorable and I hope to be back again in the not too distant future!

Fantastic place with awesome hosts. Surrounded by nature (and animals!) i had a great time exploring the surroundings of Bracciano lake and relaxing from urban conundrum. Nice summer pool!

Agrihouse is a true authentic and genuine family-run agriturismo/farmhouse. Not at all the commercial type.

A warm and welcoming home-like atmosphere awaits you. Marina and her daughter Barbara made us feel as if we were visiting our own aunt and her family. They were very friendly and accommodating. We had delicious home-made food for breakfast and dinner. The eggs (for a small surcharge) from their local chickens are highly recommend; they were rich in flavour.

The place has a beautiful landscapes. We went on walks with one of the dogs accompanying us and showing us around. From the top of the hill you can see the sea at the distance.

The farm is full of calm and loving animals: cute and talkative sheeps, funny donkeys, curious cats, rebellious chickens, calm and gentle dogs (said by someone who is afraid of dogs), free happy cows, and more... all you need from a true farm and beyond.

A special place in our heart was conquered by Mira, a very cuddly 10 year old female kitty.

I've been at Agrihouse in September 2019 for four days to take part of a four-day yoga kundalini retreat. The place is absolutely amazing, just hills and grass and trees around. The silence is interrupted just by the sound of the wind passing throught the leaves. Many animals (dogs, cats, cows and many more..) as pleasant company. A nice swimming pool with a view. Breakfast is simple but good. Rooms with no tv but in my opinion not needed in a place like this! The family who run the place is so welcoming and warm, they're so friendly and helpful! Bracciano is 10 mins by car and there is a bus 5/6 times a day running beetwen Bracciano and the Agrihouse.. the place is surrounded by nature but well connected. Recommended!

We stayed here for five nights and had a lovely time. The owners are really friendly and always helpfull. The surroundings are beautiful with all kind of animals. There are even a lot of wild boar to spot! I can recommend this agriturismo to everyone.

We had the best time in Agrihouse! the landscape was breathtaking, the hosts were extremely friendly and always there to help...the homemade cakes and the smell of cappucino every morning was just amazing!!! Because of the direct and easy connection to Rome from Bracciano we visited Rome several times...We will definitely go back there, maybe this time more for the nature and for the wonderfull lake :)

Posto immerso nella natura, ma facilmente raggiungibile. L’ideale se si desidera disintossicarsi completamente dalla vita cittadina!
Proprietaria molto gentile e presente, la mattina ci ha offerto un buonissimo strudel fatto da lei e delle uova strapazzate fantastiche, tutti prodotti dell’azienda agricola a km 0!
È presente anche una piscina con un bellissimo panorama, ideale per passarci un pomeriggio fino al tramonto.
Torneremo sicuramente!

Ho passato 3 giorni bellissimi in questo posto stupendo. L’ Agrihouse è un autentico Agriturismo, con animali da fattoria e da compagnia, immersa nella natura . Sono stata accolta con tanta gentilezza e disponibilità da tutta la famiglia.

Le camere sono molto pulite e arredate con l’impeccabile gusto dei proprietari.
Ho apprezzata anche la piscina panoramica, molto rinfrescante in questi giorni caldissimi.

Un posto tranquillo per un relax totale.

Sono stata ospite all agri house posto meraviglioso se si cerca il relax il posto è perfetto! Si trova immerso nella campagna e nel verde ed è stata un esperienza sempre nuova , le stanze sono nella misura standard c’era la possibilità di più grande ma a me andava bene quella che mi hanno dato
La colazione ricchissima di tutto anche con dolci caldi appena sfornati dalla nonna Giuliana. Grazie a Marina accogliente e disponibile

Bellissima esperienza io e mio marito ci siamo trovati benissimo Marina gentilissima e disponibile per informazioni sulla zona,camera molto pulita e ordinata lo stesso per il bagno,tanti animali i cani e i gatti molto affettuosi per nulla invadenti. Se si vuole fare un salto nella natura e nel relax è il posto migliore soprattutto perché oltre che essere completamente in mezzo alla natura c'è anche una stupenda piscina dove potersi rilassare in tutta tranquillità, vi ringraziamo davvero tanto per la bella esperienza a presto
