Pudding Man

This place is great! Now if you're looking for a sit down restaurant, this is not what this is. It's like take out but without a parking lot. So you're going to have to park at the side of the road. Not extremely easy but very worth it! Now if you're paying with American $s they may not have change in American dollars. You're also going to get the American price if you aren't with a Jamaican. Just making that absolutely clear. That said, I got two puddings and an order of sprat for just about $7. The pudding was delicious and so was the sprat. They asked me if the place was cozy and I will tell you it's authentic. There are pictures of Halie Selassie on the wall along with a list of prices. Just do yourself a favor and go but don't expect it to be air conditioned or like a DQ or something. They have very good authentic Jamaican food at good prices. What you see outside is the pudding cooking aka hallelujah! The saying goes, "You have hell on top, hell on the bottom and hallelujah in the middle." If you go to one of these resorts and can't get real Jamaican food, I recommend that you stop here and pick up a few plates. By the way, the place is called. Just Cooool now, so there is no sign that says Pudding Man but if you the Just Cool sign. You know that you're in the right place.

Great authentic Jamaican pudding. The pudding is made in little stoves in front of the shop. This place is on a busy main road and parking can be difficult, the owner w was nice enough to bring the order to the car. We ordered the sweet potato and the raisin. Very tasty!

The sweet potato pudding was great. I would highly recommend. We got several slices that were hot and fresh. May be a bit challenging to park if the area is crowded.

Located on a main road, no parking lot - only parking on street if there is any. But believe me you will want to find parking! This authentic Jamaican potato pudding is AMAZING, it is always freshly made because it is always busy and selling out. I always make it a point to get here whenever I visit!!

Not best service, but pudding is amazing but may not be for everyone and there are so many different selections of flavors and they also service authentic jamacian food so everything was amazing in my eyes but how rude the locals are when they know you're American and also how the location treats American people but this is what you have to actually deal with and be careful of how you react because you're in a foreign country so it's always best to be humble

They cook the pudding in front of the restaurant. The cook let me see the pudding in different stages of being cook, really cool. I had banana pudding and Ackee and salt fish. They were both good. Omg so good. The atmosphere was cool. Definitely a must try

I didn't get the best pictures, but let me tell you...the pudding was outstanding. The smell hit your nose as soon as you pulled up to the door. The cook was nice and talked about making the pudding.

Puddings taste great. They are not too sweet.

Loved the sweet potato pudding, served fresh from the oven. As a tourist of Jamaica, I can not leave this beautiful island until I've had a slice of this famous pudding. It's delicious!👌🏾

Place needs to be upgraded a nice painting and decor. it's a popular spot with great tasting pudding and Fritters

Exceptionally delicious puddings! I had the pumpkin pudding and it was heavenly! The service was pretty great and the options for food were many. Pudding options include sweet potato, cornmeal, rice pudding, carrot and even pumpkin. Other dishes served include: gungo peas soup, conch soup (seasonal), fried chicken, jerked chicken, etc. Natural juices also available including beetroot, cucumber, sugar cane, etc. A must visit for all #foodies!

I am not a fan of most baked products but the pudding and toto amazing.......... oh did I mention the sauce they put on it. If ya'll haven't tried it now is the perfect time to go get yours

The old time way and best way of making pudding. I don't normally like eating my puddings hot, but trust me I must say I really enjoyed eating the hot sweet potato pudding. Price is $250 per slice. You will have no regrets buying your puddings here. If you want a whole entire pudding you can get it also.

This is a IYKYN thing… hint the pudding is amazing some of the best you’ll ever taste! A number of different kinds but definitely the traditional favorite is potato and cornmeal but you can’t miss… try the other snacks and food items they have too, sure, but THIS is where you want to get your pudding.

Heaven on top, heaven on bottom, glory in the middle! Best tasting Jamaican pudding. A must stop every time we go to Jamaica.
