Visited there new location Somerstone Road. One suggestion is they need signs saying order here, pay here. The confusion for anyone who has never been there is you must first ask for the items you want, the attendant will get that item so you can see it or if more than one item they can show you both. This applies for most items not all. Then you go to another window to pay for the items and go back to the first window to pick them up. Confusion, not to add to the people who will rudely walk in front of you to ask for an item, pay and go. Maybe needs an express window, would help some. Needs a better structure and signs. I like the upgrade as well as the selection, some items can be a bit pricey.
