Garreth is literally the best!! My husband and I booked him for transport to and from the Montego Bay airport + an excursion. He has such great energy, is very professional, and has a lot of cool knowledge on all the local destinations and culture. Don't even bother with airport shuttles that Air Canada provides (they take at least an extra 2hrs having to wait on other passengers and make multiple stops). Garreth helped us get to our resort in about 1ish hour and made the ride so fun! Greeted us with a smile and a Red Stripe!

We also booked the Blue Hole excursion with Garreth, which is a blast. While we were on the Blue Hole tour, Garreth stayed with the van and kept our belongings safe.

As a woman traveling to Jamaica for the first time, Garreth made me feel safe, was super trustworthy, and helped make our trip such a positive experience! We will 1000% book Garreth again the next time we visit Jamaica :) Thanks Garreth!!

Just arrived home from an amazing time in Jamaica. Garreth contributed to our fantastic vacation by taking us to many different places ( Blue Hole, ATVing, 9mile, River tubing and shopping) He is very friendly and fun. If you are on the northern part of the island you NEED to book your excursions through this company. Garreth is very professional and knows all the local places to take you, at a way better rate than any other company. We were able to go see the best parts of Jamaica with a friendly local showing us around. You need need to book through him. You won’t regret it

We had an awesome day out with Garreth, it was the best day of our holiday in Jamaica. He has all the local knowledge and will take you wherever you want to go - if you're staying in the Runaway Bay area or nearby, definitely look him up!
You will have a much better experience than you would with the bigger tour companies or booking through your hotel.
We visited Dunn's River Falls which is great fun climbing up through the waterfalls (Garreth waited for us outside in the car park and looked after our personal items to save us from having to pay for a locker). We then visited Ocho Rios for some shopping, Garreth is very useful to have with you there as he will help keep you safe from some of the more pushy craft vendors, which would have felt pretty overwhelming if we had been alone there.
Then before we headed back to the resort, we had a stop off at Scotchies for some jerk chicken and pork done the authentic Jamaican way, smoked on wood. So juicy and tasty, this stuff is way better than what you might be served in your hotel.

Had a fabulous couple of days with Garreth. He took us everywhere we wanted to go and then some. Very friendly and nice clean van. We had a lot of laughs along the way and loved our experience. Would highly recommend.

Garreth was awesome for airport transfer to and from the resort. He met us at the airport with cold drinks after a long day of traveling. He was fun and professional. Garreth was in contact with me via messenger before we arrived and to double check when we wanted to be picked up. His rates were fair and comparable to others but his customer service was top notch. I will definitely be contacting him again for future trips!

100% recommend this private tour company!! Garreth is so friendly. He took us to Duns River Falls and stopped on the way back to hotel for some shopping and the most incredible Jamaican patties!! Just got back from our trip and want to say I highly reccomend booking a private transfer with Get on Board Tours . Gareth was so kind to our group. He was ready and waiting for us at the airport with cold drinks and a big smile. Not only this but he is also a responsible driver. We felt very safe with him. He gave little tips and history of the island. We had a discussion with him about fruits on the island and he went out of his way to make a quick stop and buy us fresh mango’s saying that there are nothing like them. How sweet and thoughtful is that ?! His prices were the lowest we found but the value was definitely upmost quality. He was very responsive through our interactions on messenger and even worked with us on rescheduling due to last minute delays with our flight. Five stars for this business you won’t regret it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was a by far the best tour transport service we used. We used other services before we met Get On Board Tours and never considered another service after our first tour. Our driver knew people at each stop and ensured we were always safe. He followed us during our shopping excursions and even shared shopping tips. After shopping, we went to the blue hole and he arranged an awesome guide that shared neat Jamaican trivia as we hiked back. I highly recommend Get On Board tours for your Jamaican excursions.

Stop your search! Garreth and Get on Board Tours is amazing. We were debating on whether to take the tour to Dunn's River Falls with the large tour operator from the hotel or from this smiling and energetic guy we met a few days ago who promised us an incredible day. We took a chance and went with Mr. Smiles (aka Garreth) and it was as promised. Not only was our tour small and personal (just us 3) but it was fantastic! Garreth is an amazing tour guide, knows the areas, where to go and seems to have an inside with the locals. After our tour, he took us to an incredible and authentic restaurant and we ate like kings. Garreth is so genuine and such a great guy that we started the day as his customers and finished as friends. He went above and beyond normal service and even gave us some treats and a nice surprise.
I can't wait to go back and get him to take us to a few more of the attractions we've been wanting to see. Thank you Garreth and we'll see you soon.

Get on board tours was the absolute best part of my trip. they took me and my boyfriend on an amazing private excursion that made our experience unforgettable. Touring with another company would have been way too crowded and just overall not the experience we were looking for. The company was able to provide transportation to and from sights as well as showing us scenery on the way. Garreth was extremely accommodating and professional and gave us the most amazing service we have ever received. We only had time for one tour this time but at our next trip we will do many more tours with this company.

Our tour Guide Garreth is awesome and gives us a real Jamaican experience. In 2021 he took us to the blue hole which was amazing, so when we returned to Jamaica in 2022 we knew we wanted to have him take us out again. He knows exactly where to go, doesn't let people rip you off, and gives you a great tour and knowledge of the island. This company is for the folks who don't want the touristy excursion filled with people being loaded onto and off of buses all day. Garreth takes you in a private vehicle, stops wherever you want (gas station, ABM, grocery store, restaurant) and even takes pictures of you while you're doing your activity! We've had the best experience and will book with this company each time we come.

Adrian was a fantastic tour guide. We were looking for a “real Jamaica” experience and they delivered. We went to a farmers market, a local beach near Runaway Bay, shopping in Ocho Rios and a great lookout point in Ocho Rios high above the cruise ship port. Tried sugar cane, neese berries and fresh almonds. Just a wonderful tour. Thanks so much!! Highly recommend.

We would recommend Get on Board Tours a million times! The time we spent with Garreth was the best part of our trip to Jamaica. Garreth was so kind, funny and went above and beyond to make us feel at home and to make sure we had fun. He has an infectious smile and personality that you just can't help but love. He was always on time and ready to help us with anything. Because of his kindness, we were able to shop locally and visit attractions without waiting in crazy long lines or crowds of people (and at a much better rate). Gareth and Adrian took us out for 2 days, one up to 9 Miles and the other out on a fishing trip. Both days were great. Gareth is super knowledgeable and friendly and Adrian is an amazing driver. Will happily book with them in the future.
