Everybody is aware that this is a large electronic store with 7 floors but few know that they have liquor on the ground floor, too. They were being sold at rather good price. This store is a must-go place for tourists. In fact, all you want to buy are available here. Tax-refund friendly service is offered here. Totally recommend!

Big store and spacious, lots of selection and room to walk around. Good prices and helpful staff

A large electronic store. They have more than 7 floors. The B1 and B2 floors are pachinko (lottery) floors so just take the escalator up if you need to.

They have a lot of toys as well so it caters for everyone, really. But for foreigners arriving in Japan and need an AC adapter, they are on the 7th floor.

There is an adapter for about 2000 yen that claims to fit all types of plugs, but it is not true! If you need a type B plug, which has three prongs (2 flat and 1 round), you need an adapter that has a grounding wire. It is usually green (and you likely won't need to use that wire).

The staff are really kind and willing to help me when I requested assistance. They have a variety of items too asides from electronics.

Had 2 very good experiences here.
1. Took me past their closing time because it took me more time looking for Nintendo Switch games but they still accommodated me.
2. Has to return several games I incorrectly bought. They are not obligated to replace/refund items here in Japan but they still figured something out and refunded me the items.

I absolutely love Bic camera. It has eight floors and it's super fun to browse. They have everything you can imagine, from liquor to snacks, clothing, electronics, toys, luggage, bathroom supplies, air conditioners, stationary... It's amazing. Even if you're not looking to buy anything specific, it's really fun to walk around and browse what they have to offer. I was particularly impressed with the amount of gaming hardware they had (e.g., gaming keyboards, mice, chairs, etc.). It's also great place to pick up souvenirs for loved ones at home. In which case, be sure to check out the top floor which has discounted prices (much of it like a dollar store).

Pleasant staff, each member is specialized in the section they work in. So don't hesitate to ask them for more information.
Also, you can buy tax-free goods here so remember to bring your passport. Vast variety of tech products available. Not to mention the prices are wayyyy lower than in other countries for majority of products.

One of the best places to get alcohol! They are a tax free store and have the best alcohol prices I have come across.

Brightly lit store that carries all things related to cameras, computers, phones, glasses, watches, beauty supplies and snacks.

Employees are nice and friendly. Wheel chair accessible. They have an elevator and escalators.

Best place for buying smartphones , headphones , airpods , camera , charger . And this place also sell SIM of rakuten , soft bank , Docomo etc . And you can purchase second hand phones too . Especially there are many offers in apple product - iphone, tab , airpods . This place is usually lively and the staff is very helpful. I have visited bic camera Namba store in dottonbori .

This is one of the largest stops for electronic goods I’ve ever seen. You’ll find everything you need in a well-structured and therefore easily navigable store. I could spend multiple hours here

Was able to pass by after walking around Dotombori area. Overall it's the typical BIC, wanted to purchase 35mm film but it has a limit to one film type per person due to a surge in demand.

Best place to buy your electronics gadgets and items. You can have 10% tax free for tourists and an additional 7% discount if you have vouchers.

Compared to european prices, there you have tax free + cheap prices due to low JPY. Perfect place to buy your devices. Unfortunately they did not have iphone 15 series in stock anymore

Everything electronic your heart desires or never knew existed in a multi store complex that will definitely blow your mind (and your wallet too).

The ground floor now features even cosmetics and much more as well, taking advantage of the huge influx of tourists who come and snap up everything because of the tax free shopping. Mind boggling is what it is.

Take an hour or two to browse, I guarantee you’ll find something that tickles your fancy.
