I really enjoyed my stay at this resort , the staff were amazing,helpful and kind. The elegance of the resort and attention to detail from all of the staff members made our experience that much better. This resort is utterly and unequivocally exquisite! the room was spacious, very clean, the windows are large enough to enjoy the natural lighting during the day the view of the balcony was amazing, the location is so convenient and safe especially if you love to move around in the evening(like myself)! The wifi was really good!! The people at the reception were kind and very friendly, I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Jeju island

Absolutely a 5 star Resort. The service and professional staff is second to none. Highly respectful and very attentive to
your every needs. Pricing is very reasonable and well worth it. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Jeju-do.

Beautiful hotel in such a nice location, the room was confortable with beautiful mountain view or sea view. The HE:ON four seasons outdoor hot water pool for Adult, Kids and with Jacuzzi is also nice attraction. Highly recommend to stay in Jeju.

Very beautiful Hello Kitty room that will definitely impress the ladies. The room is the highlight for the hotel. Even has “starry ceiling lights”.

Great location! Free shuttle to and from the airport, walking distance to the beach, cafe and restaurants. Trails nearby. Taxis on premises. Staff are super friendly and speak English. Definitely would stay again.

Its just WOW! The hotel is huge with amazing scenaries and walking paths, not to mention the location.

Stayed in the hello Kitty room which, while it was an absolute bright and colorful and dizzying setup was definitely worth it to see the look on my kids face when she walked into the room. Hotel is huge with lots of room to spread out, pool is a little smaller for the size of the complex and we were there on a busy holiday weekend so didn't get to swim but looked like a good time.

Simply fantastic. We were on Jeju during the off-season in December and the Lotte hotel was one of the most gorgeous places I've ever seen. The staff is phenomenal, the amenities are exemplary, the views and beach immaculate, and the Hello Kitty room was absolutely delightful. I'm already planning on saving up to visit again in the next few years.

Only thing I don't know if I got a handicapped room by accident or they are all handicapped but ya. Other then that my stay was great. The pool was warmed it was very nice. All aspects of the hotel were great. I would recommend if you can book!

Big Vegas style hotel in the south west of Jeju island. It's easier to get around from there by car. But there's plenty to do in the immediate area as well (walk to the ocean & go left). Watch out tho EVERYTHING shuts down by 9:30.

I was very surprised by how much I enjoyed everything at Lotte. We had the buffet dinner which was expensive but very worth it. They have lobster, abalone, beef, crab, sushi, you name it. The best part is it was all delicious. The area for families was also first rate. We really enjoyed bowling then using the KTV machine. They also have all sorts of other activities both indoors and outdoors for kids. The room was large with a very spacious bathroom and shower. Would recommend.

Great place to relax, enjoy wonderful food and activities late into the night. Outdoor Pool and tubs as well as gym, sauna and walking trails are great to enjoy and relax. Service and rooms are wonderful as well, a but pricy though.

Best hotel on the Island & perhaps even all of Korea. We conveniently rented a car from the lobby: it took less than 15 minutes and was a great deal. Royalty service, ocean view, superb standards, good dinner buffet, nice bar with great selection, fun outdoor theatrical light show. Excellent place to honeymoon 😉

A massive hotel with huge rooms and grounds. The food layout for breakfast is the most extensive and huge range I have ever seen. And the quality is excellent.

The pool villa is excellent. There are only 4 pool villas in this hotel. When you enter the living room, you can have same feeling with other resort in east asia like vietnam. It's quite private and I hope visit here again.

Hands down the best hotel in Jeju for families. It's not even up for debate. Great pool, beach, kids room, etc etc etc .

Perfect location if you want to enjoy a nice sea view and relax in your. The garden view is great too.

Upside for seafood lovers, you will find it everywhere.

Allergic people like myself will not like the food that much. Although there are various cafes around to make up the difference.

If you are looking for Halal food, it's very hard to find around this location so make do with all the salmon bagels and egg sandwiches 😂.

Very comfortable and nice resort. Staff were prompt, helpful and attentive. Nice, comfortable rooms. The breakfast at the Korean restaurant in the hotel was excellent. The buffet breakfast at the Japanese restaurant is also well worth a try. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Five star hotel in southern part of the island. Around 830 they have a fountain show. The buffet is decent the services are great. The rooms are clean and what you can expect for the price. The sauna, pools, and gyms are available. They provide alot of activities when requested and also has a rental car facility.

A wonderful hotel where I lived unforgettable beautiful moments, a nice atmosphere and a picturesque beach, but I surprised that last night I found a terrifying giant spider on the wall and told the reception and they treated me professionally, but upon checking I told the manager what I found, and he told me that the Pepsi fee I used with 2200krw from the mini-bar became free! I refused this strange compensation.
