Incheon International Airport

This is one of the best airport I have ever been to. Very neat, clean lines and modern. Offers you many things to do and to buy. My first time here I took the Limo Bus to the city but on my second time I found the subway which was faster and way cheaper. The agents at the passport control were very kind and the entire process was very fast. Always a pleasure to return here.

I have arrived the airport at around 7pm while my flight was at 2.00 am so I was sitting at the airport and could discover every corner. There is an in-house transport vehicle which will help drive you with your heavy luggage to the lift. I found the traditional restaurant there quite nice. At that time, not many people occupying the seats so I could have a nap comfortably. You should be careful as the airport is quite big. Pay attention to every announcement on the speakers. When I got to the gate, despite late time, one food stall was still open and I had a great supper.

What an amazing airport! We traveled with 2 kids and loved everything they provided at the airport to make our transit much easier!
I’ve never seen any airport that would care so much about the passengers, especially to kids and infants. We had private nursing room with sterilizer machine and automatic hot water boiler. Kids would have their play room or can spend time to do traditional activities at the culture zone. We really enjoyed our transit! Hope everyone will enjoy as much as we did.

I was WOW by the design and scale of this beautiful airport. It’s the most impressive one among those I’ve been to. If one is visiting for the first time, get to the airport ahead of time in your returning flight and to enjoy the amenities inside the gates area. You won’t be disappointed.

On Feb 22, 2024, our elder daughter and son-in-law-to-be drove my wife and I here. We bid our goodbye after a full week of togetherness, cementing our bonds. Apart from the airport hardware, the processes from baggage check-in to tax refund were friendly and smooth. Inside the restricted area, two observations struck me - (1) a queue outside Chanel and (2) the design and colour pink in the toilets opposite at Gates 46-47.

Hands down the best airport I've ever visited. We had a very long layover from United States to Indonesia and I thought I would be so bored. But they have nap zone for anyone who had an overnight layover and need a place to sleep. The best part!!! The nap zone is located near to 7-Eleven, I kept going back there just to get snacks. The 7-Eleven store ain't nothing like we have in the US. They have amazing food. And they also have free shower located next to the nap zone that opens at 6 or 6:30 in the morning. This feels like a huge free hotel. You have to bring your own towel but they have soap inside and if you don't bring any towel, 7-Eleven sells little towel and other nearby store also sells towel but they're not open 24 hours.

A beautiful and spacious airport that's neat and organized, but you can get around easily with helpful signs and directions. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops for your last-minute shopping spree. I arrived at 5am but the queue at the immigration was very long, but it was very efficient. There is a self-service tax refund machine, but I missed the counter to get money and couldn't go back because I was already ready to board the plane. The counter is located after immigration, needs to pay more attention.

This is one of the most beautiful airports I have ever been to. So many facilities are available. They even have robots that can take your luggage for you until your gate just by giving it your flight number. They also have robots near the check in area.
Many food options were available including Korean restaurants, Japanese restaurants, fast food chains and so on.
The complete procedure was very fast. In the passport control, you just have to scan your passport and the instructions will be in your native language (your passport country's official language).
There is a public bus that goes to the airport, it was affordable and very comfortable.

Well maintained and one of the best I have seen, you can enjoy wide range of food and drink at the food courts.

You need to have your onwards boarding pass to travel between terminals.

Both terminals are having good and sufficient facilities for a short transit.

Good services, sweet smiles from flight attendants, and also witness how a customer feeling sick was well taken care of.
Airport is very clean and beautiful, plus almost instantaneous retrieval of luggage, after a short restroom break.
The custom checkpoint were well spaced and maintained, polite staff whom divert us to each queue clearly.

This is the most beautiful airport I have ever seen. Not only beautiful but also the services and technology here are very professional. quick check-in.
We can check in online and do not need to print boarding passes. Fashion, cosmetics, and clothing stores are tax-free when purchased at the airport. The service of transporting passengers from the landing place to the airport exit door is extremely convenient.
You can buy T-money cards in stores or near T-money card recharge machines. Bus or train routes are very convenient: if you take the subway, go downstairs. If you want to take the bus, go outside to wait for the bus.
Transit procedure time is very fast.

When I got off the plane for a layover, the most impressive airport I've been to. It was very clean, spacious walking and seating areas, but not at the food areas. The food court is cramp but has a washing sink area and drink cups available.
There's men's and women's washroom a plenty and well maintained. Spacious washing hands area with personal mirror and toilets that has no peek a boo gaps and some scent vanilla in the stalls. A robotic cleaners, charging station. A coffee shop before departure area was non stop busy. The gift shop has unique stuff, they accept by debit card and the sales lady spoke decent English and was courtesy in helping pick out a perfect gifts.
There's rest lounge areas on the upper floors. It wasn't busy yet, until near departure time, that's when seating areas was packed.

A large spacious and well lit airport, immigration services are relatively speedy throughout the terminal. Food establishments are found throughout with a variety of cuisines. Travel options are numerous with airport buses and Arex that take approximately an hour depending if you take the “all-stop” or “non-stop” train.

It turns out that this large airport is almost busy. The place is clean and comfortable.
