I know that the front desk staff are emotional workers, but their irritated expressions and onomatopoeia that border on profanity without even realizing it will definitely tarnish the reputation of this resort and further solidify the image of this area in a bad way. In Korean pronunciation, "I C" is clearly an insult and no employee anywhere in the world would say that to a customer.

The size of the hotel room was just normal. There were a lot of things to see, but I was sad that I couldn't use the water play facility, but the ocean view and sunrise were the best

It is a really nice resort, with a majestic view of the buildings, nicely landscaped and a lot of heated pool for children.
There is a market and a backery and restaurant.
The rooms and around are very clean and nicely furnished.

The resort ground was beautiful, the staff was friendly. Facilities was excellent, the food was good, the acade was okay, the infinity pool was excellent, great place for vacation away from the city. Don’t expect anything outside the resort because there’s nothing to do on Jindo Island. If you’re just planning to relax yes perfect place to relax.

The resort is located on the beach in Jindo Island, so it has beautiful scenery.
Especially you can enjoy the fantastic atmosphere at night dur to the lights.

Had a great time at the infinity pool and the sports arcade! Kids really enjoyed it. The buffet wasn't that great though...
