Hanhwa Resort Seorak Sorano

We got an apartment-like room. With a complete set of kitchen ware. Got 2 bedrooms, where one of the rooms has a Yo Korean Mattress that can be spread on a heated floor.

The room is clean. The bathroom is also well-maintained. But the resort only provides us 2 facial towels rather than the usual size bath towels.

For breakfast, there are various types of food we can choose. Just get ready for a long walk since the resort has a long hallway, and the restaurant/lobby might be very far from your room.

Overall, it is a decent resort.

Waterpark is now yet fully open but can satisfy a family with young kids. Also easy going tourist area is enjoyable for the weekend. Only need to avoid the crowd.

Always love going here when we visit Korea. It's close to other popular sites to visit. But the rooms are clean and big and I love all the amenities in the building. Also the waterpark is so much fun for the whole family.

It is a fantastic resort for staying with your family. The room was clean and bed was neatly made. Particularly "Waterpia" which is a water park is located nearby so visiting there would be one of best options to spend summer holidays.

Awesome resort. Walls are solid, you cannot hear your neighbors next door. Rooms are very nice and foreigner friendly. Plenty of things to do and see. Great for the whole family.

If you want to get away from your hectic schedule , this hotel will be perfect for you...quiet surroundings, kilometers' away from busy streets...So beautiful ...would really love to come back when ill get to visit South Korea again ....Its a huge hotel and has spacious rooms with high tech amenities and I love their breakfast buffet, lots of options offered...Staff are friendly too ...note: just dont expect they will be providing you with big towels like the other hotels..they have small towels but you can request more though lol...

I like the weather at Hanwha Resort. My family went there in 2nd week of March and it still cold. We stayed in an apartment with 2 bedroom, a balony, a living hall, dining and kitchen area. There is a supermarket in this Resort where you can make your own supper or snack. Love their morning buffet breakfast. This resort has a range of suna bath, option of indoor and outdoor. It also has a family water theme park.

I've been at Hanhwa resort many times for the saunas and the great location. Very clean and comfortable, but more of a traditional Korean style hotel.

Do you want to go to Seorak Mt.? Then this resort could be a good solution. It is clean and also convenient to get to Seorak Mt. and Sokcho city.

Beautiful. When you exit, on your right there are mountains upon mountains and it is simply wonderful. Very elegant interior and spacious lobby

Room was large and warm, and hotel staff were helpful. Located within walking distance to the water park.

and even a sulfer pool thing**
requires no clothing and change rooms are very open
outdoor pools are great walking there is painful and can be ice frozen because of weather

Hotel room is very spacious. Breakfast is very delicious and has huge variety. Will go again
