Beautiful grounds. The signs are in both Korean and English, and there are wonderfully well-maintained walking trails throughout. We did not do the temple stay, but will return to do it later. It was a great experience.

Magoksa Temple which is located in Gongju City of Chungcheongnam-do Province was established in the 9th Century . There is a temple stay program where you can stay over night and have a unique cultural experence. Most just visit during the day. It is near a river where wading and swimming are permitted. Make a long day out of it..
