Pushkin Hotel

I enjoyed the larger suite in the hotel, for just a little more than a regular room. The staff was very helpful. Room service food was great. They call it a continental breakfast, but it was much more than that. Hot entrees and custom orders available.

This review will be updated later after a brief tour of the location, with any notes. Initial impressions are very good. Mira greets you with a warm smile and perfect English. The check in was smooth and professional and all items had been considered and provided. Paid in advance for the two night trip, which is a little different, but they accepted cash or cards and my Amex went through just fine. Ricardo is the Director and approached me during check in to introduce himself. Very well spoken and professionally dressed, I cant sing his praises enough. This is one of my first trips since the UK lockdown, i don't remember service levels being this good. If this is another example of Kazakhstan and its culture, i can not recommend a visit highly enough and will even look to bring my family on my next trip here in about a month. TBC

Very comfortable and nice hotel to spend time in Uralsk. There is Italian restaurant on the ground floor with huge selection of wine. There is a gym, conference hall and even vip rooms for private guests. There is a parking on tje inside yard for 20+ vehicles. Try to book a room with windows for inside yard, as opposite side of building is facing heavy loaded road, which is very noisy

Хороший, уютный отель с приветливым персоналом. Просторные номера с мини барами )))). Вкусные завтраки. Единственный минус наверное только локация. До аэропорта в среднем минут 40. Вокзал минут 20. Мест для парковки перед отелем нет. Если только не со двора. Банкомата в пешем доступе нет. Если нужен трансфер в аэропорт рекомендую заказать его заранее, за день вперёд лучше оставить заявку. А в целом рекомендую.

Все понравилось. Останавливались на 1 ночь.
Что не понравилось. Спустились на завтрак за 40 минут до его окончания. На шведском столе уже почти ничего небыло. То есть еду не докладывают по мере того, как она заканчивается. Пришлось доедать то, что осталось.

Качественный отель с хорошими завтраками.

Расположение хорошое, но требует обновления, чисто, тепло.
