The cottages are located facing Paddy Field, offering a stunning view of the sunset from their premises.

Food
The food was amazing! It was better than most of the other places I went to. I even took some food home as well.

Staff
The staff was friendly. They tried their best to accommodate all of our requests.

Nice rooms. Nice pool. Nice staff. Very good and extensive breakfast. If you want to eat well in the evening, you can do it in the hotel. A lot of choice and delicious cooking. If you ask anything, it'll be taken care of immediately. They can arrange tuk tuk with guide for you. With tuk tuk fast in old and new city.

Rooms are very nice. We forgot our phone and they put it aside until we came back to pick it up.

Location calm & quite.

I booked this place for me and my partner this place was amazing! Amazing view of the paddy fields and amazing pool and food. Clean place . The staff and service that they provide is superb . I can recommend this place highly. I will be back soon .

We had dinner. Water erroneously taken the order and didnt even thought that those portions are too much for us. However food was tasty.

This was an excellent resort - had amazing food and friendly staff. We will definitely come back here next time. I would recommend this place to others.

Fantastic resort with a high standard of rooms, beds and cleaning. Everything was perfect they received us with a smile. They have the best mongolian rice. It was great value for money!

The experience with Kubura Resort, Anuradhapura was really calm, and relaxed. The properties were very neat and cleaner. The resort staff was very friendly. You can discuss anything, and get it done if possible to do so very easily and quickly.
The location is very easily accessible, and a 10-15 minute drive to the main attractions. Cannot forget the taste and quality of the foods, which is outstanding. You can feel that no artificial ingredients are found in any of the foods being served. We are served by a very friendly staff member "Kalana". Thank you very much for making our stay memorable. The most Delicious chocolate milkshake that I ever had. That's why I'm here to rate this place. All food items are superb tasty.. keep it up. Best place to have lunch and pool. But on the other hand, I think after pool changing rooms and bath area should be little bit clean and neat... however foods are best ❤

This place was an excellent value for money. Nice service for a cute boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious and bathroom clean and large. Nice view on the paddy fields. Less than 3 km from the temple. The food was also good with choice for local and western cuisine.

We are so glad we chose this place to spend some quality time with old school friends. It was a rainy day and still the surrounding looked sooo good   The staff is really friendly and greeted us with their warm smile throughout their service. We used the pool despite the rain and even the pool was clean. And the food was really good and worth the price… will definitely going there again

Amazing experience. Stayed for two nights and booked three rooms. For a stay in Anuradhapura, this was just awesome. Just minutes away from the sacred city. The owner, and all the staff were very attentive and helpful. Accommodating in every way. We wanted a very early breakfast (6 am), and they were kind enough to arrange boxed breakfast for all of us with the special vegetarian request honored as well. We came to find out that they got up and made meal preparations just for us. We had several requests and they were all honored within reasonable time to satisfaction. There are of course things that could be improved further, but we found everything to our satisfaction, and their willingness to help out was the most important.

Air conditioning was really good, especially in the 36-40 Celsius weather. Shower water pressure was awesome, the best I had in this visit to Sri Lanka.

A few pieces of unsolicited advice to the owner:
- having double paned glass and improving heat insulation for rooms will do wonders for your electricity bill saved through cooling. Please check if A/C units respect the thermostat temperatures set up.
- bathrooms are amazing looking and spacious. Stocking a few more basic amenities will be awesome. A hair dryer would be nice. More towels, body lotion, conditioner, also would be great
- when the key is taken out, all power to the room is lost. This is especially tough with A/C off since it takes a good hour to get down to temps after a hot day (>35°C). If the A/C goes to some low energy state that keeps the rooms somewhat cool would be great.
- you've put attention and provement to where it matters most (rooms and landscaping near rooms). If the entrance and reception area can be up-scaled it will be a great boon for attracting more clients.
- the mini fridges are a big let down. Having a better stocked mini-bar would be great. Or just having a better looking mini-fridge would be great.

I just used their take away option. Delicious food. Highly recommended

One of da best resort we have ever stayed. Food, rooms, pool, staff, environment and everything was sooooooooo nice, beautiful, and amazing. Foods are very very yummy. Staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this resort for a family, couples and friends those who are looking for a place to satyat Anuradhapura. Special thank to restaurant staff. They were so supportive and helpful
