Lovely tea factory with an amazing and welcoming owner. Mr. Retty showed us the factory personally, explained the whole process and discussed with us plenty topics about tea and Sri Lanka. The whole visit was very pleasant and informative at the same time.
I recommend to discuss your visit few days in advance and try to get to the factory in the morning before eleven o'clock, when you can see the most of it.
