Of all the tea factories in the area I thought this was the best.

Lovely tour guide and let me sample all the teas and flavours.

It had the best views across the whole valley. They let you taste all of the teas (about 10) and give you a tour free of charge.

The prices were also less than some of the other places on this road. The White Tea was double the price at Bluefields!

If visiting please purchase from the shop or tip as they value they offer is great

We had a much better explanation and overal experience than at other tea factories. The views from the factory are incredible and we were allowed to take photos of everything. Dilshara was the best guide we've had so far. She had a good answer to ever difficult question we asked her.

We have visited the factory and tea outlets.
The factory tour was good. And it’s located in superb view point.

The tour guide girls le sara & Vasanthi were good in explaining the making of tea from tea leaves.
Explaining the samples about different quality of tea is awesome.

They give tea samples to taste and feel.

They have outlets too you can buy all qualities of tea .

Must to visit.

And we didn’t tried the restaurant.

We visited 3 tea factories during our stay, and this one was by far the best! We were warmly welcomed when we came in and were offered a free tea tasting before the tour (10 different teas). We were the only ones on our tour and the tour guide was very kind and answered all of our questions during the visit. Afterwards, we were offered another tasting of flavored teas, for free! Overall we had a great time.

Good tour, alrought not very detailed nor completely accurate if you have a good tea knowledge. They had some decent pekoe and golden tips. The green tea was really poor, and the silver needle was not fragrant enough.

Nice lady made a small trip around tea factory for us. After that we had tea degustation with amazing view on waterfalls and lake. It all was for free. After that you can buy some tea in the shop. Prices are good.

Very nice tour through a real factory, where real people really work :)

The guide was very lovely with good english and even a little bit of German. She took a lot of time to answer all our questions.

After the tea tasting with a great view, where we tasted all of their pure teas, we felt good buying some tea as memories and because we felt that the quality is good.

Stop by to enjoy the view if not the tea :)
The tea is pretty good too. We bought a bunch of masala tea (not very strong). The prices are resealable.
The staff is very friendly.

Everything was fine. But the general manager is so annoying to the guests. But the rest of the staff is good. Especially the gatekeeper helping a lot. They have many varieties of tea. Different flavours, etc. The prices are really cheaper than those of other tea factories on the island. I would recommend for everyone.

Liked this place, nice tour around the tea factory, a bit of tea tasting, and not pressured into buying stuff, we did buy some tea and it was very reasonably price in comparison to the UK.
Also stunning view from the balcony where you taste the tea, good trip out.

Great free tour of how tea leaves are processed. There is a store at the end but no pressure to buy anything, yet I still did.
