I bought more then 30 lks Goods from this hardware.
They will speak like honey for business but there are many issues in customer service.

There is a man calling Babu he is a good & energetic person in this hardware.

Price range is reasonable but not for all items.

In this shop they don't have a sense how to coordinate with customer on struggling times.

One of time this hardware owner make me disappointed. He puts his personal problems in my head. Its happened when I asked my orders. . very disappointed.

Have 2 or 3 veichles for transport. But all veichles are bad condition.. Thats why all time we will get our goods after deliver time.

We can not trust their words.. Bcoz more then 15 times I watched their activities in customer dealing.

No Time Punctuality.
No good condition Veichles.
Fake promises lots.

But

If they changed these all bad things.. It will grow up.

Just put one or more veichles for transport.
And also be connected with customer phone calls & their needs.

Try to give full satisfaction for customers.
