This small railway station is located in the mainline between Nanuoya and GreatWestern railway stations 202.709 km away from Colombo Fort railway station bearing 1575.31 meters above the mean Sea level. This is 62nd railway station from Colombo. The environment is greengage, misty and cold. A lot of Vegetable farms and Tea gardens can be seen in the vicinity. All trains including Podi Menike and Udarata Menike stops here. This has one side platform and opened in 1890.

Randella railway station is at Nuwaraeliya district and closed to Nanuoya railway station. Randella is small railway station. Randella is at Between Nanuoya and Great Western. Tea Estates and Waterfalls available to visit closed to Randella,
