Rented a car using Discover Cars website in Madeira. Rental company was RentX. Very good price, got the exact car brand and type that I've booked. Took the car rental company's insurance in their office for a good price and nothing was blocked on my credit card. Everything went smoothly with absolutely no issues. Very fast pick up and drop off. Will use them again.

The staff were very good, friendly and efficient. Dealt with us very quickly not in delivery and return of car. We also received the car model we had requested.

After making the online booking I was happy to see that they contacted by the rental agents to submit my documents in advance and speed up the pick-up process.

When I arrived to pick up the car I was served by Leo, who not only demonstrated professionalism but made sure that the car had everything I needed for the journey. He was very helpful and I am looking forward to booking again with Alamo.

The car I rent was good but SUV Mazda CX9 very costly because it's used so much fuel so we spent a lot of money for fuel. Here the fuel price was 4 times expensive compare to Malaysia.
Anyway I enjoyed visited all place.

First timer and a happy customer. Got a car with prime condition, so that I had no problem at all during the 3,853 km trip. I got a Kia Rio, and I think it's not the newest model, but still a young one. Their agent was so helpful though. So, it's recommended guys.

Discover cars has been an absolute blessing - after accidentally bumping the rental car on holiday (leaving it with a scratch on the back and a broken plastic back light cover) I was left with a bill of £750. I was understandably shocked by the cost. Although i had booked “full coverage” If i’m honest I wasn’t totally convinced that the company would cover the full cost as I’m sure everyone will have experience and issues with previous insurance claims … However Discover cars service was swift, clear, simple and quick. I filled an online form which took around 10 minutes and gave the forms they required (damage pictures, invoice and screenshot of bank account to show that the sum had been taken from my account) and then received confirmation of payout within 48hours. The service has been incredible, their support is amazing and they definitely say exactly what they do - this was a very affordable car rental and I couldn’t ask for more, next time i go on holiday I will 100% be booking a car with discover cars again.

It all worked smoothly, no unpleasant surprises - what was contracted was delivered in full.

New Zealand is fantastic, amazingly beautiful. Roads are safe and touristic information is abundant everywhere. Not particularly expensive, except some particular attractions (flights).

Have rented a vehicle through DiscoverCars in a number of locations and it has always gone smoothly. Great prices and to be able to cancel almost up until the date. I will definitely use them again next time!

I rented a car at ItalyBestRent car rental in Milan. My trip was for business purposes and timing was essential for my trip.
Found everything ready when arrived and had no delays at all.
Must say they gave me a bottle of Italian wine as first time client which I appreciate a lot.

Good instructions from Alamo when picking up, but the best bit was the drop off. Stephanie drove us from the rental location to the dock and then an hour later came back to drop our bags off as well (so we didn't have to lug them around while we had lunch). Great service.

Drove all over Costa Rica from great highways to completely off-road. The 4X4 option was very worthwhile and enabled us not to worry about how we got about.

Well priced car hire in Sicily. Unfortunately I didn’t get the car I asked for and the one I got was very underpowered. However it was clean and efficient and we did fall in love with it, nicknamed Sheldon. 😊🤌

Discover cars gives good deals usually through various car rental companies. However, for my car rental from Izmir between 10-12 oct 23, i had a horrible experience with Essence cars, the car rental company allotted to me.

Pickup was scheduled for 7 AM from Izmir airport. There was no pick up desk at the airport. The car rental company finally sent someone to pick me up at 930 AM. The car pickup location was located 5 kms away. I had booked Fiat Agea, manual drive. The staff said they did not have a manual drive sedan and offered a Fiat Torino van with manual drive instead. This was not a comfortable car for a long drive. Extremely unprofessional staff who after wasting 4 hours of my time even said I could cancel the reservation if I wanted. I had no option but to pay for the upgrade as I had a long drive to Fethiye.

They gave an upgrade to Renault capture, automatic with add on payment of €34. Horrible experience.

Everything was more than perfect - the pick-up was super quick as I was able to check-in online before the pick-up and thus didn’t need to share all my data again. Nicole gave us some recos for our trip during the payment and we actually saved 50$ thanks to her ideas. The car was upgraded and super new, had no scratches at all. And last but not least - for the drop-off you can simply drop the key in a box after hours. Best car rental service ever!

We rented a car for a week during Christmas holidays 2023 (family of 3), and didn't have any troubles or difficulties along the way, everything went very smooth and the car was new, efficient and in mint condition. Pick-up and drop-off are super convenient via one of the parking halls next to the airport.
