Beautiful spot to enjoy nature and a second widest waterfall in the country. The place is well looked after, theres parking, toilets, benches, bbq options and more and longer forest paths for those more adventurous. Great for picnics and water adventures in summer!

Great place and very suitable for travellers with children because the playground is awesome. I liked the way Aigars inquired if he can help his guests at the camping site. Many things are simple, but it's the charms of sites like this. Recreational trucks (very high vehicles) should not go there though because branches of trees hang low (and this is how it should be!)

Did not expect to pay a fee for territory. Nevertheless it was a nice experience and staff was very kind! If you are visiting during the summer time take a swimsuit with you. Get in the river and enjoy the water pressure massage ⭐

Don't expect too much from the "waterfall"! But the area is very nice to spend a few hours on a sunny day! Places to sit and a little playground for kids.
You can even stay there overnight with a camper van or tent. (Toilets available, but no showers)

A nice picnic place by river Abava, has SUP and boat rentals. Need to bring your own food though.

Nice place for a picnic, have several wooden tables with roof. In April can see how fish is jumping over small waterfall

Sabile is a town in Talsi Municipality, Latvia. Sabile was first mentioned in chronicles in 1253. From the 14th century to the 16th century, it was a site of a castle of the Livonian Order and a village near the castle. Sabile became a town in 1917. source
