Zoltners

Have been twice over a space of 4 or so years and loved it both times. Great food and wonderful beer.

Zoltners restaurant presents exquisite meals, hand-crafted from fresh, locally-grown seasonal products. Closeness to nature and simplicity are the elements underpinning Zoltners menus, which, in tandem with the unique approach of Head Chef Nauris Malāhovs, create flavour combinations characteristic of Northern Europe and open up new flavour nuances in local products.

Very good place to visit. I would say one of the best palaces outside of Riga. Gorgeous breakfast, you have fruit plate, ham and cheese plate, juice and water to share, and you can choose between omelet, porridge, and pancakes. Tea, coffee included.
Cosy hotel suits, floor with heating if you stay during winter. You will be provided with sleepers, bathrobe, several towels, toothbrush set. Highly recommend!

The restaurant is excellent, service is what you could expect from such a place, food is well served. Price level is high (~ 30 - 40 Euros per person in case of 3 course meal and drink).

Recommended to book a table prior visiting.

Be aware in summer there are a lot of wasps flying around. Although the staff are doing their best, be prepared the flies will come after the sweet taste.

Best restaurant experience in Latvia so far. We have visited numerous great restaurants (mainly in Riga) on our visits to Latvia but this exceeds the expectations. Very professional staff, friendly greeting, great suggestions and perfect amount of attention.
Food really is the talking point. You can taste it’s local produce and taste combination is just perfect. We had cornfed chicken which was succulent, with great flavour complimented with locally grown veggies. Risotto is a must, I would definitely return for this. So creamy complimented with some nuts and not sticky. Absolute delight!
As it is a brewery you can pair your food with tasty beer. As interior designer can vouch for lovely furniture choice in interior where textures of timber compliment the polished concrete floors and floor to ceiling let’s you admire lovely courtyard view.

Perfect place, delicious food, nice service. Number 1. restaurant in Latvia in my opinion. Never have felt so peaceful and relaxed in any restaurant. Really nice and positive atmosphere.

The beer here is amazing! Great taste and lovely atmosphere. You will enjoy the view while you eating delicious meal, which looks fantastic. The staff here is friendly and you will be treating with a high standard.

Always staying in hotel Zolbergs when we travelling to Tervete. Nice and calm place in the middle of nowhere. We love surroundings with beautiful nature and countryside noises.

Lovely staff. Food was amazing we had for starters the olives and parmesan crunchy bread, main course the fish with perfectly paired sauce, the onion soup was good. One of the best fondants.

Calm and cosy place, pleasant atmosphere and great service

Lovely place, very polite staff and delicious meals. They have their own brewery and try their beers. It is neither cheap nor expensive. I strongly recommend to visit.

Family friendly, cosy place with great restaurant, hotel and rental-rooms for celebrations or seminars. They make their own beer as well - Zoltners beer - recommend - there are three variations for all tastes. Plus You can have excursion in their brewrey. And all that - located in the middle of nowhere with such good nature views. Love this place 👍

Perfect place for a nice dinner. Beer was the best part ;)

Had a really good soup here. Got a real farmfeeling here. Own microbrewery here. Perfect place for weddings and such stuff. Went here with bicycle and it was easy to park here. It was in the middle of harvest and you could almost feel the smell of farmworkers.
