Great place for tasty burgers. Wide selection and original flavors. We especially enjoyed "Francis" burger with brie cheese, pear and truffle and mustard sauce. That paired very nicely with Kokmuiza non-alcoholic cider that was very aromatic. We also recommend soup with chanterelles.

Friendly atmosphere, great food hot and soft drinks.
It worth to visit again some sunny day to wait outside for train to come. Unique railway line of Gulbene-Aluksne - train is still runing on nowadays.

5 stars aren't enough for this place 😍 owners and the staff are the most welcoming and warm people, location is Instagram hotspotu, and the food doesn't even need commenting - everything melts in your mouth and we were lucky enough to try their 'just off the grill' smoked chicken. Aaaaa thanks Eliza the music was also popping ☺🥳

Great burgers, friendly staff and a great location to see the train from Gulbene pull in. I was driving so couldn’t sample the beer, but the non-alcoholic cider was delicious and dry, which seems to be a rarity in Latvia.

MAGNIFICENT! An authentic train station restaurant with sincere service and a story about each burger. Must visit!

It makes me happy when I visit places like these - with proper coffee, very good tasting burgers (original recipes and flavours), relaxed atmosphere and cool interior.

P.S. And those who complain about sizes of portions, probably are used to having those enormously large amounts of food, which bring you close to heart attack. Don’t believe them, portions here are just perfect for an average and healthy human.

The old Train station turned into a small restaurant.
Lots of burgers but my option was vegetarian. Lovely food and atmosphere.

Amazing cafe right at the trains station! Location the vintage interior takes me back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Love the friendly and creative staff too and the food and beverage they serve is great. I definitely recommend this place.

Very delicious food, and the costumer service was very nice. I went in there with a dog and they offered a bowl of water.

A must visit for Aluksne. Child was happy with Junior as it was easy to bite. Wife said that Italis was the best and the most interesting burger she ever tried. Barbars was a delight.
