Le Refuge Bleu

Wasn’t sure if this place really existed because I had messaged another hotel up the road and that guy told me his place was closed. I followed the signs to Le Refuge Bleu (there are about 5 guiding you through the small town). The man spoke good French, and enough English to help me. The room was nice and comfortable. I was very happy this place was here. Also, I met another touring cyclist so we had an enjoyable chat in the evening. Water is heated by wood so you will have to wait 40 minutes for your shower. Friendly owner.

We came across by chance as the sun was coming down, Simone welcomed us in and showed us around and told us about the area, as well as providing a lovely dinner, breakfast and accommodation.

Hamid's hospitality was superb.

Wir standen mit unserem Wohnmobil hier eine Nacht. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und viele Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung.

Un havre de paix au centre d'amellagou. Nous sommes passés en moto, reçus avec simplicité et plaisir. Les chats sont très mignons, les propriétaires adorables et ont envie de nous faire découvrir leur maison géniale et typique. Je recommande fortement cet endroit pour une halte de quelques jours ou quelques heures. Nous reviendrons pour sûr avec des amis et de la famille !

Me sorprendió. Un pequeño refugio muy bonito y bien cuidado, la única pega es que tiene algunas habitaciones con baño compartido. El dueño muy simpático y amable. Lo vi limpio y acogedor.

We zijn bijzonder gastvrij ontvangen door Simone en Hamid en hebben genoten van de kookkunsten van Aziza. We zijn een week geweest en Simone heeft voor ons een programma op maat gemaakt waardoor we veel moois van de omgeving gezien hebben en veel mensen ontmoet hebben. Een aanrader voor wie kennis wil maken met zuid oost Marokko!!!

Accueil très sympathique. Et beaucoup d'intéressantes discussions sur la musique. Petit regret de ne pas avoir préparé quelques duos à jouer...

Hamid et Simone nous ont reçu après la nuit tombée et nous ont offert le gîte, le couvert et une très bon compagnie.
Nous espérons pouvoir revenir un jour et dire bonjour !
