We had a wonderful time with Faiçal and Lisa. They are great hosts! The vibe is really nice, food is wonderful, rooms are great. Will definitely come back again :) Thank you very much!!

Villa Aljna and Dancing the Waves are such a perfect place to stay in Tafedna. Lisa and Faiçal are excellent hosts, they will help you and support your holidays at the best, wheater you are a surfer or just there for the peaceful vibes.
We reccommend Tafedna if you like secluded, quiet holidays in contact with nature and the local community. The food at Villa Aljana is great too!! Definitely a 5 stars!

The perfect place for an unforgettable time! A house in the best possible spot for a peaceful stay with a stunning view over the beach and the sunset, the untoppable hospitality of Faycal and Lisa, the fingerlicking food from the lovely ladies in the kitchen, surfing at the local beach, exploring more remote beaches in the area, visiting the the wonderful town of Essaouira. What more can you ask for!?! So happy we made it there! For sure going back...

Amazing place situated near a spectacular remote beach run by a friendly and welcoming family. The home cooked food is fantastic and the surf lessons were great fun. Would recommend for anyone.

If you are looking for unspoiled location with stunning ocean views, miles of wild beaches with no one in it, perfect waves, freshest fish straight out of the boat, fabulous villa accommodation and delicious food... look no further, Dancing the Waves is your place to go!

This is no touristy spot, there is no night life, no shopping and nothing your conventional holiday destination would offer you. If you want civilisation, go elsewhere. If you are looking for cheap end of the deal for backpacking, also look elsewhere, this is not a backpacker hostel/hash smoking hipster lodge.

Dancing the waves in Tafedna offers piece, quite, wild nature and boutique style accommodation with, eye-candy sunsets, a dash of family coziness, personal attention and mind blowing homey Moroccan cooking!

Surf, eat, sleep..

Schön dekorierte und gut ausgestattete Villa in der wir uns wie eine grosse Familie gefühlt haben. Drei einheimische Frauen kochen vielseitiges und super leckeres Essen. Beim surfen waren Anfänger und haben guten Unterricht erhalten. Wir haben verschiedene Strände besucht.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Lisa und Fayçal war einfach nur wunderbar. Die täglichen Surlessions haben super Spass gemacht und wir fühlten uns unter der Obhut von Fayçal und Yussef immer gut beraten und immer sicher. Der Bärenhunger nach dem Surfen wurde mit sehr ausgewogenen und extrem leckeren Mahlzeiten gestillt. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, wir konnten auch wunderbar entspannen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderbarer Ort um sich zu erholen und surfen. Man wird direkt in der Familie willkommen geheissen und auch das Abendessen wird jeweils mit allen Gästen an einem Familientisch zusich genommen. Einfach ungezwungen und toll. Wir hatten mehrmals täglich Surflektionen mit Faycal und Youssef in der Bucht von Tafedna - welche gerade auch für Anfänger toll ist. Als Ausgleich zum Surfen kann man die Gegend entdecken, surfskaten oder sich mit der Yogamatte an einen der schönen Pläzätze in der Villa zurückziehen.

Dieser Ort ist echt ein Geheimtipp! Man lebt in einer grossen Familie und kann sich aber zu jeder Zeit zurück ziehen und die Ruhe und die wunderbare Landschaft/das Meer geniessen.
Das Essen ist der absolute Höhepunkt - von einheimischen Frauen zubereitet, ist jede Mahlzeit ein Höhepunkt.
Alles ist super organisiert und wir fühlen uns top aufgehoben.

Un très bel endroit pour se reposer, courir, faire du surf, discuter, manger … ! Lisa et Façel sont hyper accueillant, on se sent si bien dans leur maison. C’est une belle adresse 👍

Wunderbarer Ort mit so guten Menschen in der Natur, nähe vom Strand. Super feines, reichhaltiges frisches essen kommt jeden Tag auf den Tisch. Danke für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen immer sehr gerne wieder. Ist für Familien, Alleinreisende einfach für ALLE.
