sehr netter empfang trotz off season und spontaner anreise. haben uns für ein doppelzimmer für 80000ar entschieden.
das abendessen war sehr sehr lecker! wir haben ein veganes gericht und einen filetspieß gegessen.
frühstück war auch super.
wifi war leider doch nicht vorhanden.

Google mentionnait 2 auberges chez Laurette mais il n'y en a bien qu'une, à l'entrée du village (réservation faite par téléphone)
Accueil et séjour d'une nuit très agréable.
Et en plus, on vous soigne si vous avez des troubles intestinaux. En effet, j'étais malade pendant mon voyage arrivée. Laurette et son mari (un français) m'ont fait préparer un tisane à base de feuilles de goyaves. Ils m'ont également remis une bouteille avec cette tisane pour mon voyage Morombe-Manja. Tout s'est remis dans l'ordre.
La région est belle avec de très nombreux baobas variés

Best option in Morombe! Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds and fan with HOT water and electricity (must come from a generator as no other hotel had electricity last night).
Only improvement needed is the bathroom. It really needs toilet seats. Neither of the 2 rooms we got had them.
80k for room or 100k for bungalow in low season

Bella location immerso in un oasi di pace, staff cortese e disponibile. Cena ottima a base di pesce, colazione buona, unica pecca il bagno da migliorare.

Chambre parfaite pour se reposer après une looonnngue journée de trajet ! Les proprios sont arrangeants et de bons conseils. Le prix un peu élevé, mais les brochettes de poisson étaient à tomber !!

Hotel che nasce come sosta tra tappe di spostamento lunghe e faticose. L'hotel è molto semplice, le camere basiche ma ben trattate contro le zanzare e con il minimo per riposarsi decentemente e lavarsi via la stanchezza. Cena e colazione accettabili/buone. Chi si avventura lungo la costa ovest, sa cosa lonaspetta per cui apprezzerà la buona volontà di Lorette e il suo staff. Abbiamo sentito cose non buone sull'altro hotel del paese, noi ci siamo sentiti sicuri e a nostro agio.

The intense mold smell from the bathroom has spread throughout the rest of the room. If you keep the bathroom door constantly closed, leave the windows and room door open, and spray about half a can of deodorant into the room, you can stand it there for a night.

We booked through Expedia and also paid directly online. Nevertheless, the entire amount was demanded from us again on site. The owners were not very helpful in clarifying the situation with Expedia, saying "Expedia doesn't give a damn about small hotels like them and doesn't pay them any money" and that we should ask for our money back from Expedia customer service. However, Expedia service did not pay us any money even after repeated requests as Auberge Chez Laurette did not confirm to them that we paid in cash there as well.
