This is one of the better places to visit in the city. This is a new property and very cleanly maintained. The staff is very nice and always ready to help you in any possible ways. The manager Mr. Thu was specially very gentle person and took care of our food choices.

The standard room is not very spacious, bit have the facilities.

The best hotel in Mawlamyine with very fair price. it cost only 30,000 kyats for standard room with bath tub, very clean and good furniture. Plus delicious breakfast buffet. I decided to stay again if I come to Mawlamyine next time. Keep control your quality and service and All the best.

This is a moderate level hotel. Newly opened. A lot of rooms available and value for money is high. However little bit away from city centre. But enough option for food and other facilities around the place. Breakfast served was normal. Free wi-fi is available. Ample parking is available inside the property. Staff was kind and helpful. But not all speaking english
