The first amazing stop of Jose Cuervo train. They give you a small breakfast here (good enough) and drinks unlimited! Get some because after this point it will be a while for the next drink stop. But enjoy! They have a explanation of how the jimador works the agave plant and it’s excellent information

This was such an amazing experience. I highly recommend taking the Jose Cuervo Express Tour while you're in the city of Guadalajara. You are taken on an amazing tour of the mágico pueblo ir Tequila. All while you're given tequila at every given opportunity! The agave fields were the last stop in your tour and it was such a great opportunity to see the start of the tequila making process.

It was The World of Jose Cuervo. The town of Tequila was beautiful.

I listened to a talk about how the agave plants are replanted, how the jimador prunes the plant and prepares the heart while watching each of these steps be done there in the field. I found it very intetesting.
