Hacienda Panoaya

To clarify, this is not a hotel. This is a very historic place in Mexico. I just wish more information was available in English.
It is interesting to see a 400 year old building mixed with a petting zoo and zip lines but it makes it super fun to visit. The kids had a blast. Bathrooms were clean. People were friendly. The only downside is that they don't let you take pictures with some of the animals. The animal show was entertaining.
The medical team was good. We had a small allergic reaction to one of the animal fur and the staff was responsive. Who knew one of us was allergic to rabbit fur.
The volcano show was okay. Nothing extraordinary. They used strobe lights heavily and there was no warning for those with sensitivities.

Excellent service. The best mexican food ever eaten.

The park is an eclectic mix of a zoo, birds of prey show, paddleboats, zip lines, a maze designed in Dorset, UK and a museum in a beautifully restored Hacienda that housed a young Sor Juana Ines de la Cruz. And to top it all off, a volcano exhibit given the proximity to the Ixtacihuatl and Popocatepetl. Our guide was young, impressive and quite knowledgeable. Well worth the visit!!!

Great hotel and very quaint. The continental breakfast and the buffet (for an upgraded charge) are excellent by offering local dishes and regional specialties. The views are immaculate. You’ll enjoy your stay here at La Hacienda Panoaya.

We went as a family. Incredible place. With outdoor activities for all age groups. Well kept, clean absolutely beautiful! The scenery of the volcanoes is incredible! There's the visit to Sor Juana museum, for those who like cultural activities. A hotel. Spa and restaurant. Plus the prices are within range.

I went to camp with my family and it was very cool. The place is secure and every night they make a small campfire. The next day, we swam and we used the zip line. Definitely a great place to visit.

We had a family day there today & our kids had a great time! The cost itself is very reasonable at 99 pesos to have full access to the park activities. Definitely worth the trip if you are in the area.

Well, the main reason why I went there was because I actually went to get my Christmas tree a few kilometers back. The amusement park (to call it like that) it's pretty nice and funny. From the part when you can actually pet some animals to the two museum there.

It's a very nice place to visit and spend some time with the family. Wonderful views. The restaurant is good not very cheap but it deserves it, they have great food.

A great place for being with the family. Also isn't too expensive for all the attractions that you can do. Sometimes the weather helps a lot, because if is cold, you can run around it all the time.

I love staying at the Hacienda Panoaya! The location is spectacular. The surrounding mountains/volcanoes are amazing. The rooms, restaurant, hotel and grounds are super clean. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant's Mexican food is authentic and delicious.
The grounds are fun and very interesting to visit. The historic 16th century hacienda is worth touring. I enjoyed learning about the famous poet and scholar Sor Juana Ines de la Cruz. I also enjoyed learning more about the pre Columbian/Nauatl, people who lived in the area. There is also a petting zoo, Zip Line, volcano museum, swimming pools, animal show, and many more fun activities for the entire family. There is also a nearby beautiful and state of the art Christmas Tree farm.

This place is located in a small town named Ameca Ameca. Great place to visit if you are staying in Mexico City. It is a small park were they have zip lines, swimming pools, tracks for paddling boats and bikes.

Superb service and great place, love it! I try to go as often as possible, food is super tasty and there’s plenty of activities for children and adults alike!

Haciendo Panoaya is not only a hotel but also a recreational park where people goes to spend time with the family. They have activities such as museum visits, interaction with animals (sheeps, deers, etc.), swimming pools, and many other fun activities for everyone. I really love this place and next time I go with my loved ones, we will be staying for a couple of days.

I loved the place. Quiet, away from the bustle of the city. There is everything you can look for. Food and drinks. View of the excellent volcano. The labyrinth the best place for an adventure.
