Casa Simpatico

Quiet , breathtakingly beautiful and wonderful swimming on nearby beach. Birds all around and close to inland birding areas. Long walks on the beach, reading in the shade and fun conversations with Juan Carlos. Andy made everything easy . We'll be back! Thank you!

The Casa is a wonderfully relaxing place. We hardly left the front porch and it's beautiful view except to dip in the creek or walk down the beach for a refreshing swim. You're set far off the main road for quiet nights, and the gate and end-of-the-road location feels safe and secure.
The beds were comfortable, with extra blankets and towels in the dresser drawers. The solar hot water heater for the shower worked great - you just have to let the water run a bit first! The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals.
Upstairs is a treetop nest with a fantastic view north to San Blas. Once you get comfortable in the hammock you might never leave.
Nearby, the small town of Atticama has everything you should need. The mini super on the right as you drive into town is well stocked and friendly.
Our group of 4 really enjoyed our time here. It's rural coastal Mexico and it was great!

I have stayed here several times. It's ideal if you are looking for a quiet retreat. It's off the highway so there is very little noise, and the whole place is heavily shaded by coco palms and other long established trees. The creek that flows by is clear and clean. Some good restaurants are within walking distance and more good options in the nearby towns of Aticama and Santa Cruz.

Casa Simpatico is a marvelous location Although i have not rented there, i go swimming there. It is what you imagine being in a tropical paradise: sunset being the background for palm trees and tropical flowers together with the concert of the ocean waves and a nice breeze. If you are hot, you can immerse into the cool water of the creek, being one with nature from big old trees to little fish jumping out of the water.

Paridise, beautiful tropical forest, sucluded away from noises. Perfect for relaxing, walks on the beach and swimming on the ocean on in the river. Amazing sunsets and loved to sleep to the sound of the waves and wake up with the sound of birds singing and watching squirrels flying on the palm trees. JC was very kind and show us around and was always very helpful and kind. You can also walk to the closest fishing town on the beach and eat fresh sea food and have micheladas. Awesome trip away from the touristy crowds.

Brilliant place with the sea at your backyard and a very friendly Juan Carlos who manages the place. Highly recommended!

Casa Simpatico could also be called Casa Tranquilo. The beachfront location is magical with a small river running beside the property. The house had everything I needed and the comfortable porch was my favorite spot with amazing views. I can’t wait to go back! Wonderful host and very helpful staff.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar.
El espacio que tiene para dos personas te permite estar en sintonía con la naturaleza, puedes pasar un fin de semana delicioso.
Te recomiendo mucho este lugar ya sea que vayas en pareja o en grupo. Si te gusta nadar en el mar es el lugar ideal.

Sigo aquí y mañana me voy es eselente lugar Ami familia le encantó el lugar para descansar es muy cómodo si volveríamos a reser var aquí aaaaa y buena pesca

Nuestra estancia en Casa Simpatico fue increíble, disfrutamos toda la naturaleza alrededor, aves, tortugas, peces, luciérnagas. La casa tiene una ubicación espectacular al lado del rio y a unos pasos de la playa. Y los anfitriones super amables y eficientes. Recomendadísimo!!

Me encanto el lugar, super tranquilo, te conectas con la naturaleza en un ambiente super tranquilo. Ideal para ir con pareja o familia. La atención que nos dieron fue excelente, estuvimos en contacto todo el tiempo, nos recibieron y explicaron todo. Muy limpio, casi no habia mosquitos 👍 Gracias, esperamos volver a ir pronto
