El Chaco Restaurante y Hotel

What a terrific place! We stayed at the campground during our visit to Aticama and loved the location - loved the bar and restaurant on premises and the fact that we were welcomed with our 5 dogs! Everyone was very nice as well!

We have been visiting this place via RV twice a year since 2018. The RV park is great as is the host John. The park is well maintained and sits on the beach. I was overly impressed with the new restaurant upgrades. The ambiance is beautiful, the new chairs are very comfortable and the wood slab tables are beautiful. I ordered the Tropical aguachile. It was delicious and had perfect flavour. My husband had the shrimp tacos and they were also fabulous. I highly recommend this place. If you don't RV you should try the restaurant.

I was camping and got hit by a huge storm. Lost most of my things to the wind, the staff came and found me I stayed in a room after that and the people were awesome 😎! They gave me a huge discount and put up with my dogs.

Place was awesome, Jose and his wife are doing lots of upgrades.we are at the restaurant and had magua Chile tropical and after eating this same dish all over Mexico me and the wife agree it is the best we have had

We camped here in January 2020. It's a great spot with wonderful hosts and an amazing location. I look forward to coming back again when it's possible. Make sure you have mosquito netting. It's not as bad as the North end of the bay or San Blas, but there are still more than a few bugs.

Love this Hotel! The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The decor throughout the hotel is gorgeous. We had a wonderful balcony and really enjoyed sitting outside eating breakfast with a view of the mountains. Pool was great. The beds are sooo comfortable. After our stay I wanted the brand of the pillows so I could buy them for our home, Valeen Nunes was so helpful and even emailed me pictures of the tags. Definitely stay here. Can't wait to go back!

Very good place, beach is is very near and you see sunset, it was awesome.. Rooms are little old fashioned.. Most importantly, BEWARE of mosquito, you need to apply all sort of mosquito repellent to save you.. not only here, all place near to beach is full of mosquitoes, sheild yourself..

This was the BEST HOTEL AND restaurant I ever stayed at the pool was amazing OMG THE BEACH WAS SOOOO SCENIC AND SUCH PICTURE PERFECT EVERYONE NEEDS TO VISIT AT LEAST 2x in your life just amazing THANK YOU FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY AND CARE 10/10

In regards to the rv park , fantastic but only 5 spots. American host for the winter is John, outstanding guy

Cai por accidente ahí con mi familia, salimos cansados del cocodrilário y buscando un buen lugar para comer, vimos vacío pero con alberca y entramos por mi hijo que quería nadar mas, una muy grata sorpresa!! La comida excelente, deliciosa y abundante, recomiendo el coco loco, mejor que el de Aticáma de la panguita, y más barato, también la piña asada, un filete de pescado que bien rinde para dos personas, quedamos maravillados por la frescura y sabor de los ingredientes, excelente servicio, no tenían internet esa vez, y no se podía pagar con tarjeta, pero volvimos hace una semana y ya hay internet y pago con tarjeta, un excelente desayuno y a buen precio, lástima que había bandera roja por los huracanes pero un bellísimo lugar para ir y relajarte, te hospedes o no, es temporada baja y solo había un mesero pero se daba abasto, solo un momento tardó pues se le juntaron los pedidos de cocos de agua por la gente de la alberca que llegó en grupo a pedir, yo lo recomiendo totalmente y voy a volver, por cierto la señora de recepción excelente, se acordó de mi niño y lo hizo sentir bien.

A Luis el cuidador, a las cocineras, a los de mantenimiento. Ya estoy planeando volver muy pronto.
Ahí si pude descansar en verdad.

Nos quedamos en zona de campamento, nos gustó la ubicación para nuestro objetivo que era nadar en mar, el estacionamiento bien, el lugar está perfecto para entrar a nadar al mar, solo la zona de palmeras me daba un poco de miedo que nos fuera a caer un coco en la cabeza pero fuera de eso bien. Los baños limpios, solo hay pocas regaderas y el agua está fría, no tuvimos la contraseña del internet en nuestra estancia.
La comida en el restaurante fue muy buena recomiendo los camarones a la diabla (ricos pero poca porción), y las tostadas están deliciosas y enormes.

Excelente lugar tardan en atender a los que estan en palapas por que tienen restaurante retirado pero comida y precio bien 👍

Muy bonito hotel, con alberca e instalaciones limpias. Además cuenta con área de cámping.

Buen diseño, cuenta con todos los servicios. Son muy amables con los clientes.
