Gamma Acapulco Copacabana

The time here was great! We enjoyed the hotel and the service very much. Because the pool is really full all the time, it would be great to close it at 8pm for kids and leave it open until 11pm for adults. That way one could enjoy the evening with a cocktail in the pool. Everything else was amazing! Especially the security that watched our things when we were on the beach and in the ocean. Thank you! We'll come again!

Amazing experience there, everyone was very friendly, rooms are clean room service 24 hours. Wonderful views spectacular Sundowns. They have a buffet from 7 a.m. to 12 you could have that included with your room. Also the downside to ordering drinks make sure you go over they will overcharge you if they can 4 stuff you didn't order. Otherwise the whole experience was amazing.

The hotel is pretty good, the service is great and the rooms are very nice. Your needs are thoroughly catered to and everywhere I went I felt welcomed. The view from my room is great, although a bit cut off, but in my opinion that's fine because I can still hear and see the ocean. The hotel has a pool and has an entrance right onto the beach, wear your sandals though, the sand can get pretty hot! The waves are very nice and they have safety ropes that you can grip onto if it's your first time, plus, there are plenty of places where you can pool items and bathing suits, all for pretty great prices.
Room service is okay, but I didn't ask for much of it anyway, so overall it wasn't too bad.

As my first time in Acapulco, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay than the Copacabana, for not only is it cheap, but it's an amazing experience and I will most definitely find myself coming here again.

Nice clean place, staff is super nice, rooms are clean and every day room service do a great job cleaning the rooms. The pool is a great place for family to hang out in the evening, the beach is awesome. But most important is the security, we stay 4 nights and we never had a problem, won't mind going back.

Well, I'm sort of the guy that reads reviews for whatever service i look for on google, and when the service is well done i always think, "i'll write them a good review" which i never do, however, i just spent the last 8 days on Copacabana, and do gotta say, i freaking miss it. Personnel was very friendly, well knowledge and ready to help, beautiful view for breakfast, though i only had coffee with my wife and daughter, i do gotta say thank you, we had one of the best times of our lives, La Familia Leon.

We got a beautiful room at a great rate The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The drinks at the beach side bar were amazing. The taxi drivers that serviced the hotel were very pleasant and extremely helpful. We had a fantastic experience.

Great hotel, very clean and it has very nice amenities. I don't know why anyone would think Punta Diamante is a better beach!

The font desk needs to be more friendly! What made it up was the room and view. Everything else was pretty beautiful and we enjoyed our stay 👍

I want to share my experience in Copacabana hotel, Acapulco Gro. MX.
Some weeks ago I went to Guerrero to spend my holidays there, I was looking for a relaxing place because all the time I'm in a school working or in my house so, it had to be a special moment for me and for my family (my husband and my baby). Okay, the location was excellent you can see the beach from your window, the hotel offers a great service and beautiful rooms. It has three amazing pools and a big gym. If you decide to spend your days there it's going to be e good option. One more thing don't forget to order in the bar "cerezas Guerrero” it's a delicious drink 👌

Welcome to Alcapulco one of the best beach in northern and southern American. beautiful blue torque color soft sand. and plenty of sunshine. The hotel services was great great room and rates next to the ocean view. enjoy my shrimp cocktail and chill on the Sandy beach with a beer or yeah.. Every room is comfortable, the bathroom have mirrors on each wall, and great side to the beach.

This is an older but great hotel in Acapulco. The staff are friendly, polite and very helpful. I highly recommend it.
