I have bought all my appliances here for almost 10 years. I don't even bother anywhere else. Always the best prices in the area, comparable even to W*lmart. Includes delivery, installation, and removal of your old appliance which is a big deal. Usually next day delivery, though sometimes they can do same-day. Important, they include a 1-year guarantee but it is serviced by a warranty firm out of Guadalajara, not from their shop. The technicians come out fast, usually next-day and are efficient and courteous. I have only good things to say about my years of experience with them. One more thing, if you are looking for used appliances they have a roomful of them in the back. They look like they are new.

I compared prices and models before buying. They have excellent prices and deliver promptly. Hookup is a little extra, but well worth the 300 pesos. I am very happy with my new stove and fridge and the prices were excellent. I looked up the models on the Mabe website and the stove was well below list price while Elektra was well above list price!! They have new and slightly used appliances of all kinds.

excellent pricing, excellent service, go out of their way to make things right or if you screw up they don't laugh at you just teach you proper usage of the equipment (Yes, I blocked the gas hose by pushing dryer too far back and called them to come fix the dryer, they pulled the dryer forward by a couple inches and showed me what was wrong, we laughed I felt dumb, sigh) I have purchased a refrigerator, a stove, washer and dryer from Electroventa in last 3 years. Love these guys.

I went in and ordered a whirlpool stove, set up delivery and paid in full..I was disappointed to see they delivered the floor model, I was offered no discount for floor model as at TIO SAMS and it was not complete, I had to leave and go buy hoses etc to hook it up! Ugh..Went back to try and get a discount only to get the run around from employee who kept telling me manager would be back Monday, went Monday..nope..Wednesday went wednesday...nope...never again
