A very good service centre that able find out my sensor problem which many outlet at outside cannot find it
Got good rest place while waiting for car

Update:
Second visit for 30K scheduled maintenance. Fast service which is commendable although I'm late for the appointment time.

Still too cold in the waiting area even though is not raining this time. I think is 21°c - 23°c cause my whole body is trembling.

First time visit for 20K service. Front desk staff good at her job (which is supposed to be). Can't comment on the maintenance team as the view is not accessible from the waiting area.

Spacious area at the waiting hall which is good for air circulation, but a tad bit cool during raining time, suggest wearing more clothing.

I got to praise the cleaning lady seeing how she kept the washroom so clean and dry, hopefully she's treated(paid) well enough.

Will go back for next service and update for any changes. As I did not find any fault with overall experience, I give 5stars especially for the front desk staff that assisted me.

Very Customer friendly. My car battery died in segamat and I manage to call them and eventhough I arrived after 5.30(closing hours) they were still open and were waiting. Special shout out to the mechanic, Mr. Eugene and Ms Alexis for such a great level of service. Keep it up

So customer friendly! While waiting, they provided snacks, drink (self service), and play trendy song! The service really nice! Toilet and prayer room avaible!

Servis yg bagus dari bahagian servis. Tidak perlu tggu lama utk servis. Tempat yg bersih, luas, ada tmpt duduk yg banyak, ada sediakan air panas n sejuk n tempat kanak2 bermain. Disediakan juga tandas yg bersih n surau...friendly guard n cleaner. 👍👍👍

Temoat servis terbaik. Ada ruangan pantry untuk customer minum kopi dan air coway. Ruangan menunggu depan disediakan kelengkapan charging port. Boleh tunggu servis kereta sambil buat kerja. Terbaik!
